The owner Marcelo and his team are top notch! I can’t say enough on how pleased we’ve been with the projects completed by Marcleo and team. I’ve had several flooring projects completed by Marcelo and each time weve been highly satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and timeliness and his fair pricing. Marcelo is honest and fair! When we were having our bedroom onsite finished hardwood floors completed We discussed options within our budget and we selected a slightly lower grade of flooring which Marcelo explained the difference in quality of wood. The wood arrived and Marcelo’s team began laying out the flooring after about 1/2 way through laying down the flooring Marcelo team noticed imperfections ( knots) in the wood, which honestly from what I could tell it looked just fine. Marcelo immediately assessed quality of wood and determined there were too many imperfections and replaced with upgraded flooring no charge! Wow!

Fabiano and the entire team at Floorman and Renovation are true professionals at their craft. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone who walks into my home, complements my floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the job! I have referred them many times and all the people that I referred them to are just as happy as I am.

Fabiano and team did an excellent job restoring our hardwood floors. The floors were original to our home built in the 70s and had quite a bit of water stains and damage. Luckily, Fabiano's crew was able to restore the original floors to perfect condition with a beautiful new stain. They were professional, efficient, great communicators and left our home very clean when they were done. I'd highly recommend.

This was the 2nd project Marcello and his team have done for me and I can’t say enough about their work. Both projects were flooring related and included installing brand new hardwoods, staining existing hardwoods to match perfectly to the newly installed ones, and redoing my screened in porch. From the day he came to look at my home and give me an estimate, to the day the project was completed, Marcelo and his team were awesome. They were very communicative every step of the way keeping me informed of how the project was going and what the next steps were. He is very critical of his team’s work and as the homeowner I appreciated that. He called out a few things that needed to be touched up that I don’t think I would have even noticed. We were staying in the home during the week long project, and he and his team were respectful of my family being in and out as well as protecting all of our furniture and personal items during the duration of the project. Fabiano, Marcelo & team did an excellent job on the two part project at our home. They replaced our hardwood floors/subfloor, stairs & handrail upstairs. Then replaced the carpet, padding and handrails downstairs. They have an excellent attention to detail and made sure we were happy with everything before the job was finished. We would definitely have them back for any future projects we need help with!

Marcelo did an awesome job installing my hardwood floors throughout the house. I was working from home and it did not bother me at all. Project was also done in a timely manner, an they cleaned up well. I would definitely hire Marcelo again.
