My experience with FCI was top notch. My first interaction was with a well educated and informed designer, Donnie. He is up on the trends and on styles that will stand the test of time. We chose a beautiful LVP and a sturdy carpet. We also had an old bathtub and tile from the 1970's and didn't want to just cover it up with those cheap inserts. The install was seamless, and they found some dangerous rot under our old tub. They immediately called, sent pics and made sure I understood what and why the fix was necessary. The salesman was a bit showman, but he was well informed and knowledgeable. The installers were competent and kept my house and the area clean. The window install was quick and painless. They didn't use pre-made, standard windows that others use and would have required closing off my already small windows. The windows look great and my home is so much quieter! Next on our list is kitchen counter and backsplash....LCI does that too!!!

Sean Carlisle and Xavier did a wonderful job repairing the water damaged floor. They paid particular attention to detail. They were very polite and I would highly recommend them.

The lady was very nice and professional and gave me matching material for floors. She was very good with the customer and saved me money on the flooring. They were on time and scheduled properly.

We wanted a better grade of carpet and padding in our house and needed it done on a very tight schedule.   Barbara came to our house on a Saturday morning (not her normal work-day) in order to meet our schedule.    She brought samples, helped us select an excellent color and style, measured and estimated; giving us various installation options.   Barbara was very professional and very careful to explain all options with pros and cons.   She did not pressure us, but answered questions and allowed us to think through our options.   Her crew showed up as planned and carefully removed the old carpet/padding, cleaned the floor, and installed the new carpet/padding.    We are most pleased with the result.

Barbara was very nice, professional, detailed and punctual.  She had a full range of products and was very knowledgeable about flooring.  We decided to go with her given the price and her boasting of the tile guy she uses.  The tile work was performed but there was little attention to detail and the installer showed no pride in the final product.  I think this was partly due to having multiple jobs going on at once.  Regardless, we were very disappointed and notified Barbara.  She was quick to come back and she brought the installer along.  They listened to our concerns and were not too defensive.  Although I kept hearing how great a deal I was getting.  Nevertheless, the installer did return to improve multiple items as requested.  One major flaw I noticed immediately was the floor was slanted.  I was not told of this until I laid a level down to confirm what I was feeling on my feet.  It was indeed way off.  They said they would pull it up (for free) and then fix whatever necessary to make it level (at my expense).  By that time I wanted this over with and did not want the mess and everything else that goes along with having people work in your house.  I would have been happy to pay to make it level if the installer would have taken a second to think before laying the tiles.  I asked if he would have done this job on his house and he had no response.  That says it all.

Very satisfied overall. Barbara brought samples to our house so we could see how they looked in the house. This was extremely helpful and she gave us excellent advice. Once the contractors were lined-up, installation went quickly. Afterwards, we had something which needed to be fixed, nothing major. Repairs were made promptly. The floors are beautiful and we have received many complements. Very good quality materials and 25 year warranties on the cork and bamboo, lifetime on the tile, and Barbara's one year guarantee to cover any improper installation. Vickie Atkinson was professional and knowledgeable. She told us of flooring that would not fit with our decor and our present doors and house structure. She was a great help in advising the type and color of flooring to install. Vickie's installers were professional, quick, and pleasant. There was one small problem with some strips at the doors that was quickly resolved.
