I was getting ready to take a trip. About a 100 miles away and I noticed my oil was a quart low. I had already told someone I would be there, so I was in a bit of a panic. So I just pulled into Firestone, told them my situation and asked if they could take me in. They said yeah and they took me right in. I used synthetic high mileage oil, that would have been an inconvenience for me to go somewhere and get a quart of oil. So they went ahead and did it. The price was right. It's more expensive to get an oil change with synthetic oil. Everything worked out fine.
