I e-mailed this company on 5/31/06 telling them briefly about our project and requested that they respond if they had any interest. As of July 25, 06 I have yet to hear from them, not even an acknowledgement of my e-mail or a "Thanks, but no thanks". Angie's List did a follow up with the company after July 4th at my request, and Angie's List had no better luck in getting the company to respond. I'm very interested in solar and had hoped to find a company locally to work with, but no such luck with this company.
Description of Work: None performed. They never got back to me or acknowledged my inquiry.

THIS REPORT IS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ANGIE'S LIST (THERE WAS ONE EARLIER REPORT WHICH WE WERE NOT AWARE OF). FOR SOME REASON, WE NEVER RECEIVED THE CUSTOMER'S EMAIL REQUESTING A RESPONSE. WHEN ANGIE'S LIST CALLED, OUR OFFICE MANAGER HAD NEVER HEARD OF ANGIE'S LIST AND THOUGHT IT WAS A SOLICITOR AND THEREFORE DID NOT RESPOND THEIR CALL. UPON NOTICE OF THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST, WE RESPONDED VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE. THE CUSTOMER HAS SINCE CONTRACTED WITH US TO PERFORM A HOME ENERGY & HEALTH AUDIT AND BEGIN DISCUSSIONS CONCERNING THEIR HOME PERFORMANCE AND SOLAR NEEDS.
