Mark did an excellent job repairing our leather sofa! Our dog had chewed the back of our sofa in several places, which was visible to all in the great room. It was an older, burgundy leather sofa that is still the most comfortable sofa in the house. Mark did a great job with the repair and matched up the color exactly! Mark also showed me how to cover some scratches with other leather furniture we had in the den. If we ever again have vinyl or repair needs in the house, car, clothing, etc., I will call Efird Services again!

Mark was great to work with. Honest and flexible; he did a good job and charged me a fair price. The vinyl cover on the center console of my vehicle had some rips and did not look good especially considering I want to sell the vehicle so I contacted several companies about replacing the vinyl. Mark looked at the damage and told me what he would be able to do and how & when he would do it. He took the time to explain things to me and that was appreciated. He also did his best to make the replacement vinyl look as close as possible to the original and did all the work in a very timely manner. If I need any similar work done in the future, I would definitely call Efird Services again.

Mark did a great job! We are so happy that our couch and chair were repairable. Mark worked with us to help find a leather that would match in color and texture. The actual repairs were done within a week and it looks brand new again.

Outstanding job but after 1-2days realized pillows were actually too stuffed. Called and Mark did not hesitate to offer to remove some filling. Got pillows back in 2 days..perfect!

Mike was excellent - responded quickly to my calls and setting up an appointment. He was on time, very clean and gave us several options for doing the job. We choose the cheapest option and the sofa looks and feels great.
We will definitely call Mike for our future leather furniture repair needs.

He arrived on the dot, was very polite and very careful/neat while fixing the problem .  He matched the leather beautifully and the furniture looks like new.  We are very pleased!

Mark was perfect.  He arranged pick up and drop off and did the work for much less than expected.  The results are better than expected.  The new leather top of the chair cushion is a perfect match and the sofa looks and feels new.  Could not be more pleased.

I purchased a daybed from a national chain and they sent Mark to do the repair.  He was great at communicating that he would be a little late...very courteous. He repaired the snag in no time...I could not even see where it had been.

It all went just like a charm!  Mark was challenged to match a navy blue leather, and did a wonderful job.  Plus a couple of the scratches tore through the leather, but his repair was remarkable.  Thought I had posted this review back in August, but must not have hit all the necessary keys.

Great phone communications, complete, easily understood arrangements and procedures, timely,don't know what he did or how he did it, I stayed out of his way.  beautiful work. 

Mark was very responsive and asked the right questions before arriving at our home. He had us send pictures so he could get an understanding of our furniture and the needed repair. He took only the cushion and came back a couple of weeks later with the cushion repaired with a new zipper that fit the frame exactly. 
His service has extended the life of our furniture. Many thanks!

It went fine. They did a good job. They were convenient to use and they came on time. Their service was good. I do not have anything to compare their price and quality of work to because I have not had anything cleaned in so long but it was satisfactory for me. I thought that it was of good quality.

Our 10+ year old leather couch was in need of TLC.  Mark answered my call promptly, and asked me several questions to assess the work that would be required.  He provided me with a cost estimate on the phone, and we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done about 1.5 weeks later.  Mark arrived on-time for the appointment and got to work right away dyeing the couch, conditioning the leather, and re-stuffing the cushions.  He took care to keep the work area clean, and tidied up afterwards.  The couch looks great.  The stains on the leather have disappeared under the dye, and the leather looks more nourished.  The re-stuffed cushions mean we no longer sink to the floor when we sit on the couch.  We're pleased that we'll be able to enjoy the couch for more years to come, and wouldn't hesitate to use Efird Services again or recommend Mark to friends.  The cost was worth it, considering it would be more expensive to replace the couch.

Restuffing the cushions did not take long at all.  Maybe 1 hour max.  The dye process took the longest because he used a paint sprayer to get the same dye effects the sofa/love seat had originally.  Apparently a few furniture companies in the area use him on a regular basis so he knows his stuff about the dye process.  The dye he uses is water based and low in toxins, but I do recommend have some air circulation in the area.  He asked us to stay off the furniture for 24 hours, but that was it.  The sofa and love seat look brand new again.

Mark did an outstanding job on repairing my leather recliner..the new leather on the foot rest is a perfect match!  The leather had to be dyed because of the unusual color.  As well as being professional, Mark is also polite and friendly.  You might have to wait a little longer than you would like, but in my opinion, his fine work is worth the wait...not to mention I saved money not having to buy a new leather chair! 

They replaced the leather on the driver seat in my car to perfection.  It was well done, reasonable and quick.  Now the rest of my car looks shabby!
