"I still have the messages of our conversation I did reach out to you to cancel your service out of good faith we did not feel comfortable servicing a pool that had very high ph and damages from previous pool company you had hired we also told you that we couldn?t make corrections to the pH unless you had a bypass on your heater. If we made those corrections, your heater would have gotten damaged. Also, with it being a new pool, it was a big liability on our part. Have a great day!"
