Excellent! Dun rite maintenance is always on time and gets the work done on scheduled time. Good prices also! Always keeps there word. Not many contractors like Dun rite maintenance.

After purchasing another investment property, I had Andrew and his crew update the interior. Andrew removed all popcorn in the 3800 sq. ft. home. The ceilings were then prepped and resurfaced. When the ceilings met Andrews standards they were then painted. Andrew also painted all walls and trim. Besides painting I had Andrew repair some plumbing behind the walls as well as pull two toilets and replace the flanges. New attic stairs were installed as well as a few interior doors. He will be returning to rebuild deck and French drain.

We set up an appointment time which Andrew verified. The time was 11 AM. it is now 1:10 PM and Andrew has neither contacted us or shown up.. I have tried to to call him several times beginning at 11:30 AM leaving voice mail messages on 2 occasions. I also texted him (he says he prefers text) and received no reply. I hope Andrew is OK. We will not be getting a quote from him.

I guess you didn't receive my voicemail I left at 1:27 (2Hrs and 27min after appt time) or perhaps it was too late. To reiterat the message left. I stated that first and foremost we apologize for any inconvenience. We had been on a major water leak since 6am. We had stopped the leak, extracted water and were at a point of tearing out carpet and hauling off sheetrock. I also stated unfortunately during these jobs which have a high risk of getting wet we all leave cell phones in the work trucks. I am sorry you made such a quick decision. Andrew was great. He was very professional and was full of knowledge. He was very easy to work with and communicate. They were the cheapest of the estimates and he included doing the trim (compared to the other places that quoted more without the trim). They also repaired a gate on our fence with no extra charge! They did an excellent job on the painting and cleaned up well. I plan to use him for any maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them as the one stop shop.

As a homeowner who lives out-of-state, it was a blessing to find Andrew. Andrew and his coworkers are very nice and professional. I had him paint my dining room most recently and he did an excellent job. I've called on them several times to help with plumbing, and small tasks around the house, and they've always done good work. I would recommend them for any household tasks you may have.

Spot on! Andrewās estimate was very accurate. Water heater leaked and water ran under wall, damaging walls and flooring.. They replaced water heater ,damaged Sheetrock and removed wallpaper above chair rail and painted walls. We decided to have new tile installed at this time as well.There was a couple minor things discovered as the job was being handled which resulted in additional cost but there was no way anyone could have predicted finding what they found. Andrew discussed the issues with me and didnāt take advantage of the fact that they were already into the job. The additional prices were very fair. Andrew Nikki and Eddie are all great at what they do and very professional. They all work together like a well oiled machine. Andrew is the go to guy!

awesome, the entire job was around $1300 which I thought was fair and more importantly, when my wife returned from her moms, she said the job looked good. I can tell you, being married 35 years, I can't remember her every commenting positive or without comment on previous contractor work :)

The work he did was okay but he wasn't very good about showing up when he said he would. I probably would not go with him again. The first time he came out he was very good and then he did some more. I don't know if it was his fault. There were some personal problems going on and health problems. He did one service in June and then we had him come back and signed up for some more. The second time around he wasn't as punctual in getting things done. I have mixed feelings on it. He is a nice guy but he didn't show up when he said he would, and I don't know if I would hire him again.

"I am sorry you feel this way. At DRM our goal is to provide you the customer with impeccable service at a fair price. With 30 years' experience, I have learned you can't rush certain projects and drywall repair is one of them. It was discussed in the beginning it would take several trips to get the ceiling looking its best due to skim coats and sanding, and some project may take longer than others due to uncontrolled factors. The timeline of repairs which we were hire to do is as follows. Start date 6/20 Bathroom and library were completed that week. We were told that the spare room had to be cleaned out and you were going to be out of town. 6/29 We were able to get into spare room to do necessary repairs. Holiday break 7/1- 7/4 7/5 Returned and completed ceiling repairs by end of day 7/7 Total invoiced amount 1075.00"

I wish there was a higher grade than A! Andrew and his team are amazing! All of the work was expertly completed, including patching of the ceiling and touch up painting. In addition to the incredible quality of their work, the whole team is so friendly. And communication is excellent, Andrew kept me up to date of their progress every step of the way. I will definitely call them for anything I need around the house in the future.

They came last February they had to, my kids for Christmas gave me a new stove and the old one was a drop in and he had to do some carpentry work and he came, there's this stove sitting in my garage he got it and he installed it, it was good and also too, couple months later I had a door that it sounds like my house is falling apart but most houses has there problems anyway the door to my bedroom he replaced a door, framing and all, a pretty hang door, the door sort of fell apart and it's done right, I really give them a high recommendation, because some of these handymen.

We needed to move quickly from our condo and I called all around to find a handyman that had the time and resources to complete the jobs within a week. Andrew called back on the same day and was very friendly, clear, and up front about what he could do and how long it would take him. He even came out on a SUNDAY to give us an estimate! The work started on the following Tuesday-Thursday and he did an amazing job. He was punctual, communicated regularly about the jobs and left our home clean as he had found it as if he'd never been there! He brought his wife along to help out and they clearly made a great team. I will hire Andrew for any handyman/odd jobs in the future!

Andrew and his crew worked very hard and diligently on our bathroom. We are so happy with the final product that Andrew has delivered. Even with such a large project like this Andrewās estimate was right on. The only ad-on was the sub-floor and joist repairs which we knew ahead of time. Just want to say thank guys!

I had a glass shower door that had come off its hinges. Andrew was very prompt in responding to my call, came out evaluated my project, and gave me a quote. Ā He came back a few days later and did the job. Ā Even though the job turned out to be a little bit tricky, he did an excellent job and I will never have to worry about this problem again. Ā
I'm getting ready to call Dun Rite again for a few more projects.

I would trust Andrew and his team (Nikki and Mike) to do any/all type of work in either of my houses. They come on time, do the work that's necessary, work hard all day and leave only when the work is finished. We needed to have some work done at the old house to prep it for sale; and the new house needed to be painted. Everything went extremely well and we look forward to having the team back in our "old" house for some additional work in the near future.
