The contractor met with our insurance adjuster to go over the roof. The job site was cleaned up very well after the roof was replaced. The contractor filed the necessary paperwork with our insurance company once the job was complete

Good. It was a big job on a 4 story house. Crews were on time, worked hard, and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Any questions or suggestions we had were well received, and appropriate action was taken as needed. Dula was prompt, courteous and professional, and we would highly recommend them.

It went fine. The young man that did the work had to replace frame and rebuild new frame work around door and then install storm door. He did a fine job and Dula followed up on the install and ask if I had any problems. So, feel company will stand behind their work. I like the personal touch with the Company and that they want to keep their customers happy. I would have them do other work for me.

Excellent. I used them several years ago for a major roof replacement and their service was perfect from beginning to end. I recently use them again for a much smaller project and the service was just as great. Would highly recommend.

Very well, we had a short time line to get repairs done, however I had used Dula in the past and knew I could rely on the quality of their work. Happy with the result, thought one minor repair was a little costly but nothing too out of whack.

As a Facilities Manager for a corporation located Uptown for 20 years I have worked with many contractors and I have got to say I was very impressed with Frank (project manager) and everyone at Dula construction as well as their sub-contractors. My roof as well as several screens were damaged by a hail storm. I was working out in my yard one Saturday when Frank stopped by. He told me they were working on houses in my neighborhood damaged by a hail storm May 23rd and would check my roof if I wanted them to. He did indeed find damage, but me being me I had to find out more about Dula. After I verified what he told me about Dula I contacted my insurance company. My adjuster came out met with Frank and agreed that damaged was enough to warrant a new roof as well as several screens. Frank gave me a date that my old roof would be taken off and a new roof put on. Frank and the sub-contractor showed up that day, started around 8am finished around 230 pm and when I say finished I mean roof done, clean up done and my yard as well as my two neighbors yards swept for nails and debris. I have since given Dula Construction the highest rating as well as passing their information to several associates

I am truly in awe. My house has a large roof due to it being a ranch. The old roof was off, the new roof finished and the yard cleaned up in 5 hours. Over the years I have helped put a few roofs on homes and I can say the crew did a great job. Their attention to detail is impressive. I cannot believe how well they cleaned up after the job. The yard is exactly as they found it which is how it should be. Jason and Andrew are great to work with and Steven Dula even stopped in. You get what you pay for and your money is well spent with Dula Construction!

Everything went fine, I think if I had to do it over again I would use a smaller company. Dula did an ok job but their pricing was certainly very and quot;negotiableand quot; and I still feel like I over paid.

Couple of years ago Dula replaced my roof because of hail damage.They did a great job,was prompt,cleaned up,and were very professional. They were in contact with our insurance company and handled the claim. We recently had another hail storm , so I called Dula again. Lucky for me the roof was fine but I do have damage to my screens. Dula was again prompt and professional. Even my insurance appraiser was impressed with the workmanship.I chose Dula because they are an established company.Not storm chasers who knock on your door whenever there is a bad storm.If you need them again, (say for a future repair ),they will probably not be in business. I trust Dula.

They did a great job, are very professional, and easy to deal with. They were great and I would recommend them.

I can't recall exact date or cost. Seems like it was in 2012. The
actual roofing job seemed very good to us. The workers focused on the job and cleaned up the site. We were not
happy with the Company Rep who sold and supposedly managed the job. He
was to have been here for the job, but was not. We were to have paid
him a portion of the money on the day they started work, but he didn't
show. We called him for several days and he eventually had his
girlfriend come for the check. He never showed for the job. Well after
it was finished he stopped by for the final check. Tried to tell me us
we owed him several hundred dollars more than that what was agree. When we
did not agree he said fine, you don't get a guarantee. Seemed very
unethical to me. Would not recommend them for anything.

They were excellent and did a very good job. They were recommended to me by my insurance company and the insurance company covered the cost. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, did everything right, and I was impressed because it only took half a day to put the roof on. I get a 25 year warranty on the roof. I would absolutely use them again.

Dula Construction contacted two days after a major hail storm to offer a free inspection of our roof. We accepted their offer and were very glad we did as we had experienced major damage to our shingles. They quickly started the process with our Insurance company and worked very quickly with our adjuster to come up with a fair settlement and solution to replace our roof.
Dula, then worked with us in regard to selection of materials and the schedule in which it would be completed. They repaired the roof on time and did not invoice until we were completely satisfied with the work. After two weeks, they came back to inspect the roof and inquire if we had any issues which we did not.
Overall, they were great work with.

Great! The team doing the roofing was organized, efficient, and capable. In addition, they did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves.
