We'd hire Mickey again. The quality of his work was quite good (especially crown molding, pot drawers, and patchwork), although he waited until the last possible minute to do the beadboard and it didn't turn out quite as nice as the rest of his work. Although he was sometimes unresponsive when we approached a deadline, he came through in the end and worked around & with other contractors. Definitely not inexpensive, but we felt his price was reasonable. And he didn't surprise us with any "additional" costs on the invoice.
