"New homeowner in new 55+ community where every home has clean slate great courtyard space with only builder-provided shrubs. We have met so many very nice homeowners in this community (many from word-of-mouth from this very nice homeowner) Our objective is to provide a unique courtyard to each customer we work for; incorporating their desires along with something to set each job apart. We certainly enjoyed working WITH and for this homeowner and wish him and his wife much happiness in their new home/community!"
"Thank you for your kind review. It was our pleasure to work for this homeowner this Fall. Unless we get a blizzard, we are most confident all will look healthy and beautiful when Spring comes!"
"We thank this customer for their feedback and wish them much happiness in their new home! They called early for an estimate as they knew landscapers were booking solid for Fall installations. We had to wait until the builder/construction was in final phase however; in order to be able to provide a quote as we need to see the final grade. This is a beautiful courtyard property and it was a pleasure to work with and for this couple to bring their hardscape/landscape enhancements to fruition."
"30 Years in the business has taught us many things, but rule 1 is treat customers as we would like to be treated as a consumer/client; communicate, be courteous and provide quality work at a fair price. We don't look at a job for one and done; but also to build trust and provide service so that our customers think of us when they have needs in future as well. We thank this customer for their trust, kind words, and repeat business. It has been our pleasure building a relationship with them. We certainly appreciate them taking time to provide feedback on the project we just completed."
"We thank this new customer for her feedback and patience waiting for job to come up on schedule during this unprecedented year filled with setbacks and delays from COVID-19 and inclement weather. Once on the job, everything went smoothly and per homeowner's plan. We never rush a job to make up backlog as each and every project is important to us and customer satisfaction is paramount."
"We appreciate this new customer's feedback. This was a landscape installation at this customer's new home in Waxhaw. Because all details were communicated and ideas were discussed during the estimating process and homeowner provided a very good timeline of their move-in date, we were able to get this work done in timely fashion. We wish our customer all the best in their new home and look forward to completing Phase II this Spring!"
"It was our pleasure to work with and for this customer to enhance curb appeal and showcase their lovely home."
"Thank you for your review on the project we just completed. It was our pleasure to work for you on bringing this yard enhancement hardscape/landscape project to fruition. May you enjoy the days and years ahead relaxing in your back property."
"Decorative Creations appreciates our customers for letting us install their landscape needs, and always look forward to working with them again on future projects."
"We strive to have our employees make sure that our customers are satisfied with the job our company did for them as we always strive to do the best job we can. It is always a pleasure working with and for customers that appreciate the work that is done for them on each job."
"Thanks to the customer for submitting this review. It is always a pleasure working with/for customer who appreciates the work our company has provided."
"We appreciate the good review from this customer. The crew worked hard all week in scorching temperatures, so we are happy to hear that everything went as promised, and that the crew was courteous and professional as we always strive to have our crew do on every job."
"We thank this customer for his review of the yard enhancement work done on his property a couple weeks ago. He scheduled this job to be done in conjunction with some driveway work being done by another company, both of us delayed by crazy wet weather and hurricanes this Fall; however, he was flexible and patient knowing we could not control slowdowns due to muddy working conditions. Once on the job, everything went smooth as silk and made a wonderful difference to curb appeal in front property and clean/neat canvas in back property."
"We thank this homeowner for her review/feedback in regard to large hardscape project completed in August. Crew had to make a few minor layout adjustments while on site once homeowner was able to 'visualize' the projects better and she communicated her desires with Kelly and he brought it to fruition for her. Ironing out details at inception or prior to beginning work is very important so that once crew sets to task everything goes smoothly and expeditiously. Being in business since 1984 our owners know that the key to success is treating each job as if it was being done at any one of our homes and treating our customers as we would want to be treated; with attention to detail and customer satisfaction unsurpassed."
"We thank this homeowner for his review and for his business the past several years. It has always been a pleasure working with and for this customer."
"We thank this homeowner for this review. We know that our customers are very busy and it is very nice and greatly appreciated when we receive reviews of work which was recently completed. We thank this customer and all of our scheduled customers for their patience waiting for their jobs to come up on crew schedule this Fall. . This homeowner extended to us the same courtesy we afforded to her and was very succinct and insightful in her communications with us. This type relationship is appreciated and encouraged to ensure both parties are on same page and all details are addressed prior to beginning work so that the job goes smoothly and results are as expected or beyond expectations."
"Thank you for your review and for your patience waiting for your job to come up on crew schedule during this very busy time and delays due to a very rainy May/early June.! No matter how busy our crews are, quality work is still our goal! We never rush a job nor skimp on quality to get back on track. Each and every job is important to us. During these days and weeks of very hot and dry weather, please water any new plants early morning is best and every other day. Any new trees, it is best to water deeply by laying hose end about 6" out from main trunk and let water "trickle" in for a considerable length of time so it penetrates deep into the soil."
"Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback on the job we recently performed to enhance your property by updating/removing shrubs too large to maintain with more manageable hardy shrubs. It was a pleasure to work with and for you."
"Thank you for this commendable feedback. Both Dan and Kelly (our owners/job foremen) do go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and it is so very kind of you to point this out. Your satisfaction with a job well done is our goal. Thank you for your business and taking time to send feedback on the job we recently completed for you."
"Thank you for your feedback for job we did last year and for your repeat business! This was a rather extensive yard enhancement project - staged out in three Phases. Beautiful property and very nice people to work with."
"We thank this homeowner for their kind review of a job we did in November. This is a family business serving the area since 1984; owners are two brothers highly invested in providing excellent customer service. We try to treat our customers as we would like to be treated by a service company."
"Thank you for your review on project done this past Fall. Please water if winter is dry and temps over 40 and begin watering schedule early Spring. Plants were fertilized at installation; however, if your plants are not thriving, you can fertilize with an all-purpose fertilizer like Bayers in early spring always make sure you water fertilizer in well so you do not burn plants. If your plants/shrubs are looking good, no need to fertilize."
"We thank this customer for his repeat business and trust. It has been a pleasure working with and for him on many projects the past couple years."
