D & S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

They are on time, efficient and friendly. When I mentioned there might be problems with the air ducts, the repair person did not even mind going in the crawl space for the repairs. He explained everything to me and even liked my dogs! The price was in line with other AC & heating repairs by other companies. I have been using their service for three years.

Good job. The service technician has been to my house several times servicing the system. He is very pleasant and answers any questions that I may have. He also turned on my gas logs for me.

Job 1: I have used D & S several time in the past. They are always prompt, very professional and will call to let you know when they are going to be there. Job 2: The technician explained everything that was done on the unit and also spoke to the warranty company where I have insurance so I could be reimbursed for the call. I have used D&S in the past and was very please that they were able to quickly locate the problem. They also responded with very short notice.

THEY LEFT ME STRANDED WITH TWO 60 DEGREE DAYS AND NIGHTS WITHOUT HEAT AND HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK. THEY DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

RICK CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN HE WOULD BE COMING AND THEN CALLED BACK TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE. THIS WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. UPON ARRIVING HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT ADVICE AROUND IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF MY HEATING SYSTEM AND ENSURING SAFETY. THIS COMPANY IS TRULY AN EXCEPTION TO THE NORMAL COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY HEATING & COOLING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.

NO ANSWER UPON ORIGINAL CALL. TECHNICIAN RETURNED CALL ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER AND CAME TO THE HOUSE WITHIN ANOTHER TWO HOURS. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND ONLY CHARGED FOR A ROUTINE SERVICE CALL.

THEY COULD HAVE RIPPED ME OFF EASILY. ANOTHER COMPANY HAD ALREADY DIAGNOSED THAT I NEEDED A NEW HEAT EXCHANGER. D&S HAD ALREADY PICKED IT UP AND WERE COMING TO DO THE $400.00 REPAIR. HOWEVER, THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HEAT EXCHANGER AND FELT THAT THE OTHER COMPANY WAS TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE ON ME. THEY HAD TO COME OUT TWICE - FIRST TO RE-DIAGNOSE, THEN TO REPLACE THE SWITCH. $135.00 WAS A GREAT DEAL FOR ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.

THEY WERE QUITE PROMPT IN ARRIVING. HOWEVER, WHEN DESCRIBING PART OF THE PROBLEM TO HIM, HE SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. UPON INVESTIGATING, HE WITNESSED THE EVENT. MY FATHER WOULD SAY HE WAS ARROGANT BUT OTHERWISE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING.

HAVE DONE WORK FO RUS FOR 2 1/2 YEARS. DID ANNUAL HEAT PUMP CHECKOUT SERVICE AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LEAKING REFRIGERANT. THERE WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE EVEN WHEN DEMAND WAS HIGH. EVEN CAME ONCE AT 7PM B/C HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE.
