I discovered Custom Granite Solutions on Angie's List and must say that I continue to never go wrong with well reviewed companies like this one. My husband and I were able to go by and look at what we wanted and Brandy was extremely helpful, organized and communicated well when it came time to have the template made and make the install appointments. We visited the location 3 times, once for an initial visit and to get an estimate on the quartz we picked out. A second time because we slept on it and wanted to go back and look at another quartz that caught our eye and Brandy offered very qualified advice about the countertops being a focal point in our bathroom remodel and to stick with what we had originally chosen as opposed to the muted second option we went back to see. Countertops went in this morning and I am head over heels for them! Third time was to get a formal sample of the product to check against our new lighting and paint. They were very accommodating and the guys that came to do the template and install were all so kind, efficient with their work and didn't leave a mess which is always greatly appreciated! We will definitely be using them again for our next bathroom remodel in a couple of months and would highly recommend!

From beginning to end this was a great experience. Installers and plumbers were on time, efficient and professional. Brandi, the business development specialist, was superb. She went above and beyond helping me select my stone, resolving an issue related to my sink and providing constant feedback and communication. She made the experience painless and I am thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend this company!

Enter CUSTOM GRANITE SOLUTIONS on Gribble Rd. Melissa Madrigal, the office manager, was wonderful and professional and clear. She walked me through our options and showed me the remnant pieces I could choose from. We chose a beautiful piece with a gorgeous vein running through it. Then the owner came out to our home to measure the vanity (rather than using my measurements). I showed up at their office at least four times before installation with yet another question, trying to solve yet another problem with our unique-sized countertop needs. Melissa was always kind and patient as were the fabricator and the owner who, at some point, all had to weigh in. Within one week of walking into Custom Granite Solutions, we had our countertop cut, installed and ready to go. All we had to do was sign the check—which was over 60% off the price we would have paid anywhere else. I cannot express enough how pleased we are with Custom Granite Solutions. Their quality of work, price, promptness, availability—everything you want in a company gets five stars.

It went great! 

We went to Custom Granite Solutions on Friday, 12/11. We picked out a granite slab that we liked. The owner, Regelio came by our house about 30 minutes after we left the shop to measure. One week later we had all 3 counters and both sinks installed!!

We waited 3 weeks to get a measurement and another week to get a price from one of the big box stores. The final quote was considerably more that then original estimate. And they cost us a month of time.

We would highly recommend Custom Granite Solutions and will likely use them again in the future.

Melissa in the office was great! I had some questions and concerns and she addressed in a timely manner. The owner, Rogelio, was so nice and easier to work with. He helped do my install and I was so pleased. I stopped into Custom Granite solutions several times to look through their granite selections. Every time I came by, the people that worked there were so helpful. I highly recommend this place for granite countertops. I am very happy.

Despite some initial miscommunication, Rogelio and Melissa made everything right in the end. We did not enjoy spending  extra time to resolve issues but in the end we chalked it up as a misunderstanding and still felt they deserved top marks because they really wanted to get it right and they followed through with an excellent install.
From the beginning of the process Melissa was super to deal with and she was a true professional and very patient  dealing with our concerns.
Rogelio the owner and chief installer is passionate about his work and it showed. He was involved in the whole process from template to install.

Needed a new bathroom vanity top to replace my old cultured marble. I was able to select a suitable stone that was in stock, and they were able to use my old materials as a template. I dropped it off and had my new top very quickly. I was able to install it myself. 65The fit was perfect, and my bathroom looks awesome.

It went very well. At the end they had a helper finish installing two small pieces of backsplash and he could have done a little better job of cleaning off some of the epoxy/adhesive. But that was very minor.

They were able to measure and estimate on a Monday and have it installed within a week's time. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves.

They were great! prompt for appointments, helpful in our selection and very quick in transforming our order to reality. Most appreciated as it was the kitchen.
Counter tops look wonderful and they followed up to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend. Thourghly professional
