Crown Pest Control

We came back from being out of town to mouse droppings in various places in our home. My husband tried his best for a week to no resolve I decided to call an exterminator. After calling around, Crown was the only company to not try to sell me a one year contract over the phone. Their prices were also lower than the companies who wanted you to sign a contract, so the choice was easy. Our technician Rich was great! He arrived early, was very thorough, listened to all of my concerns and told me what to do after he left. Rich even apologized that I was having to deal with this, and after a week of cleaning nonstop, I felt like like the nightmare might finally be over. We finally caught a mouse after a couple days in one of the traps Rich set and after about a week the droppings were gone. It has been two weeks without drippings and we are ready to seal up the entry points in the way Rich told us to. I would definitely recommend Crown and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.

Overall I'm pretty happy. I think I got a good treatment since I not seen a mosquito in the last few days. I watched the technician spray a good fog that seemed to cover everything. My only dissatisfaction was he wasn't very careful about where he stepped so a few small plants were damaged. I would hire again AND recommend to a friend.

Devon is my guy that comes out anytime I need something. This guy is amazing and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty during his time at the house. He's very knowledgeable and always courteous. You could say he's become part of The family. Now, I can't forget Angie the wonderful voice on the phone. She's a breath of fresh air and always makes sure the appointment and job was up to my standards and my billing is always correct before processing payment. Amazing company!!!

It's an ongoing process. There's definitely progress! The number of 6 legged intruders has significantly been reduced. They are incredibly responsive to any and all concerns and they are not creepy likeep other companies I tried to talk to.

Always well

Not very well. He came here, I was meaning to call you guys. They are threatening to send me to collections, and they did not do the service. When he came, he said he had to come back in thirty days to follow up. I did not hear back from him in thirty days. I was infested with spiders again. I called him, and he said sorry, and he sent his worker. The worker did what he needed, and I paid him. I asked if I needed to call. He said no, he is suppose to call when the service is due. I haven't heard anything from them. I work, and I leave at seven in the morning, and don't get back until nine at night. An if someone is coming to spray, I have to be here, they just can't do around the yard. They sent me a bills, and that is not how that goes. I called him about the bill. Its regarding the October 22nd service. I was working, and asked who were they speaking too, or who was here. My dog wasn't even here, he was with my daughter. The day that I called you guys, was the day that he came. No one was here in October, and they just sent me a bill. I have to have someone else come in now and spray. My biggest concern is the spiders. I still have the spiders. My son in law, and he was here over Christmas. He wanted someone to come spray for the spiders, and he got somebody, and they sprayed them, and I have not had an issue since. Its not even the weather is even colder than it is, its over seventy degrees now. I have no good grades to give this provider. They took my money for nothing at all. The service guy that came here was ok. They said that they would be here, but they were not on  time. Absolutely would not use them again.

They are very professional, responsive, and punctual! I discontinued services from my previous pest control company because they were not responsive to my needs or requests. So far, Crown Pest Control has been a breath of fresh air! They send me an email to confirm my appointment and they now have the capability to pay online! I would recommend Crown Pest Control for your pest control needs.
