COSTCO BAKERY

Had a pair of glasses and lenses provided 13 months ago. Great service and great pricing. The frames just broke. Out of warranty by 30 - 45 days. They replaced freeof charge, on the spot and I ended up with brand new frames.This is indicative of everything about Costco. I have been an executive member for around 15 years and swear by any of their products for price, quality, service and security.

Since my tire had a nail in it, I wanted to be sure I wouldn't have to drive around everywhere (it was a Sunday morning) to try to find someplace open. I could not get anyone to answer the phone in the Costco tire department. I will have to commend the Costco main receptionist - she went over to the tire department to confirm that someone was there who could fix the tire. So, I drove over there. When I got there, they informed me that they will only work on tires purchased and installed by Costco. This is after I called first to check!! I am a Costco member, but it didn't matter. They wouldn't even look at the tire. This should be communicated clearly when someone calls. Also, this information should be on the Costco website. If it is there, it should be more prominent since I didn't see it. I gave them a B for professionalism, because the service person was very polite and professional in the way he turned me down - but you don't get an A unless you actually fix my problem! Also, the receptionist did go out of her way to confirm that someone was in the service area. I just think the policy should be changed or they should be MUCH clearer in their website information and on the phone. Also, the service person did direct me to a Pep Boys nearby who was able to fix the tire.

They give me a consultation when I get my prescriptions. They tell me what time my prescriptions will be ready if I call them in, and they are on time with that. If you drop them off, they are usually ready within the hour. They are conveniently located to me.

The service was good. He was very thorough and honest. He talked me out of Lasik surgery and told me it could be dangerous for me. He was professional, responsive and punctual. The price was fair.

The price and customer service there is great! The technicians are very helpful. They take care of any problems that I have right away. I will continue to go there in the future and would recommend them to others.

Their prescriptions are cheaper. I save about $15 a month on my five prescriptions. I drop-off my prescriptions, do my shopping and they are ready when I come back. I have not found anyone else cheaper. They are pretty accurate in estimating the wait time.

They did a good job.

The staff was professional and prompt. We had a time crunch that day and they were able to meet our deadline for when we needed the car. The tires were an excellent price, especially because they had a member coupon for an additional discount at the time. They run tire discounts periodically for members and send the coupons in the mail.

Excellent and fast. Great work. I faxed my order into Costco, and they decorated the cake exactly the way I wanted it. The price was unbelievable for a 1/2 sheet cake ($15), and the quality was excellent.
