Excellent work. On schedule with good follow up. Gave us good advice on tume and cost for mid project changes we requested. Also completed some upgrades to our main house on time and how we wanted. Some issues with new hvac unit 1 month after completion and JC took care of getting it straightened out quickly. I will use this company for my next project. Zero unpleasant surprises.

JC and his crew handled a complex remodel involving an older home with complicated structural, plumbing, and electrical obstacles. They worked very quickly and at a price that was more than fair.

Great job. I am very pleased with the completed project - even my neighbors were impressed by Construction USA's work ethic and the end product. They were professional and easy to work with; the quality of the work is high and when they were finished they did a wonderful job of cleaning up.

JC Aho was fantastic. He came in and looked at our foyer floor and asked us to pick out the tile for installation. Once we picked out the tile, JC scheduled the install. He and his team worked diligently with no downtime and were very cautious and careful with the surroundings. They covered surrounding floors and furniture to protect from dust. They even came back during the evening hours to put the final touches on the floor to get the work finished. JC and his team were very meticulous with the install and kept me notified with any questions or issues along the way. They even secured a laundry sink that had come loose from the wall for me, which included adjusting some of the plumbing. This was over and above the job! I would definitely have Construction-USA back for future work.

My dealings with Construction-USA went extremely well. Numerous years ago, a neighbor was in the process of moving and went out of his way to give me JC's number and a glowing recommendation, in case I ever needed any home services. When we decided to put our house on the market, I happened across the number and gave them a call for 2 exterior home projects and numerous window replacements. There are many qualities and attributes I look for in a contractor and C-USA checked them all. #1 for me is Trust, and I would put their trust rating at the top of the list. They were dependable and focused on completing the projects in a timely manner with minimum inconvenience to us. I had some minor detailing and clean up chores behind them, but none out of the ordinary.....and I am very picky so you might not even notice most of them. Speaking of picky, I gave them a B for quality because I am too picky to give anyone, including myself, an A for quality...there's always something. Pricing was very reasonable and, in spite of my repeated offers, no payment (even partial) was accepted until each project was completed to my satisfaction. C-USA is a small business, which I prefer, so you need to be comfortable dealing with 1 point of contact. I would hire them again without reservation, in fact, I have a kitchen floor tile and dishwasher project I will be discussing with them in the next few weeks.

Excellent installation always on time / reasonable prices and work crew professional and hard working. Have had JC do multiple projects including a sky light remodeled 2 bathrooms with tile and flashing around the chimney.

JC and his crew were amazing! They were professional and respectful of our privacy and property. JC was ALWAYS accessible for any questions we may have had. He finished the project for the price he quoted and in the time he promised. We have had JC do several other jobs in our home and he will always be the first contractor we will call for any future needs.

Contractor did not complete all items requested.  When inquiring about the final bill and the work not done, contractor immediately threatened a lien on my property.  He did not discuss the items I was concerned with.  I have sent multiple emails always receiving a threat in return.  The work was completed a month behind the deadline.  Contractor removed all appliances and created a flood in my kitchen without my knowledge.  Charged me for outside painting that was not done, AC work not completed, and landscaping work not done.  In addition, contractor left a horrible mess in the house to be cleaned up after.  This has been the worse contractor experience ever.
