It was a coupon. It was $155 for 3-hour cleaning session. There were three times I used them. One time was one person. The last two was different person and the first one was not good. It just took too long. It was not a lot of work. That was only for the first one but the other two visits were great.

Both persons began to work in my master bathroom at 10:21 and I went back downstairs to immediate call the owner Lesya for clarification. I did not reach her and headed back upstairs to ask the ladies was everything okay (did they have all the materials they needed).They said yes and both began to clean the bathroom. About 20 minutes later I heard the vacuum cleaner start and thought it was interesting that for 20 mins before persons were in the bathroom and with only 40 mins to go (according to these new terms that got reset), there was a lot that needed to get done. Both persons continued to clean and I went back downstairs to work on my computer At about 10:50, both persons came downstairs and the young girl asked if I would like the stairs vacuumed. I said yes and she vacuumed the stairs while her mother started in the bathroom downstairs. After the stairs she took a small duster and began ?dusting? the baseboards in the family room (I had only requested that the bathroom baseboards be dusted in lieu of time). After cleaning the bathroom the lady went to the kitchen and began to ?wipe down? appliances while the young girl vacuumed the kitchen area floor. Finally at about 11:15, the lady declared that they were finished and asked for me to check things out. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vacuum upstairs and noted that in fact one room had been missed, the floors had not been cleaned and the master shower had water spots.. I came back down and asked had the floors been mopped and was informed that no they were only vacuumed. I told them that I was disappointed, but thanked them and decided to take my issues up with the owner. I spoke with the owner who then went on a 15 min tirade about how groupon has overwhelmed her with business and that the maids are only paid 11 dollars a hour and she only gets half of what groupon advertises.. etc etc. I finally stopped her, telling her business dealings was not my concern and I only wanted what I paid for. I was sold a team (more than 2) cleaning for 2 hours. Finally, she said that she would send the maid back for the remaining hour (which is what I paid for), with her daughter waiting in the car. I told her today was not a good day as it was my husbands birthday and I would be home tomorrow morning. We set an appointment for the following day at 10am. About 3 hours later, I got another call from the owner telling me that she had changed her mind and based upon the report she got from the maid, no one would be returning and she would refund the small tip I had given the maid. Instead of arguing back and forth, I told thank you and began to compose my letter. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

They are just wonderful! They do such a better job then another company we were using. She's honest, professional and get the job done. They just do an exceptional job.

They are very friendly and call if they are going to be late. Generally they do a great job! The cost listed is for 5 hours of cleaning.

I'd never had my house cleaned by anyone before & they did a very good job. They are very professional. When she orginally looked at my house & estimated how much time it would take & how the much the cost would be, it was exactly what they had estimated.

Raisa has been cleaning our house for a couple of years now. She does an excellent job! I like Clean Planet because they use environmentally friendly cleaning products and because we were able to customize what we did and did not want cleaned. Many other services are locked into doing certain things and we wanted more flexibility in order to minimize our costs :) Leysa is also very good about calling us when we are due for our next cleaning and does her best to accomodate our schedule needs.

Clean Planet cleans our house every other week for last 2 years. They have always done an excellent job. They are flexible if I need to do a schedule change. They are on time also. If I have had a concern or question with the cleaning it has been addressed immediately. I have been very pleased with their service and have no reservations in recommending them.

We have used Green Planet every two weeks for house cleaning for the last 2 years. The company is great, Lesya is always flexible too in cases where I need to change the day or time. Our house keepers are generally always the same and although they speak very little english they are polite and check with me before they leave to see if there is anything else they can do or if they missed anything. I especially like that they use all Organic cleaners which makes me feel a little better with our cats running around.

Overall, it wasn't anything special. It didn't look any better than what I did. I was just very disappointed in the job that they did. They did show up on time, however.

We have been using this cleaning service for about 2 years and are very satisfied. On this occasion, they were scheduled to arrive at 8 AM, but arrived at 8:23. Two employees came and had the whole house finished by 9:40 AM. They did a good job. The house looked clean and smelled fresh.

Clean Planet came to our home for a consultation to look around and give us an estimate. We decided to go with them for a one-time cleaning, and if all went well, to perhaps book monthly cleanings. We're relatively tidy people and our home is only 1,800 sq/ft, but we do have two dogs and we wanted a big "spring cleaning" and didn't have time to do it ourselves. We scheduled them to come the Friday before our family came to town (they came in on Saturday). They were scheduled to be here first thing in the morning and she said it would take about 4 hours to clean our home. She did ask if there was anything specifically we wanted done, and I told her I just really wanted the hardwood floors cleaned & mopped (b/c we hate doing it!). Because we have two dogs, we had to take them to a boarding facility for the day so the house cleaners could come in. We were out of the house before 7:00. At the end of a busy day at work, I went to pick up the dogs and came home at roughly 4:15-they were still at our home. When I went in, I found that they had just arrived! She said she left me a message at work-I later found that she had left me a message late in the afternoon, but if they were supposed to be there "first thing in the morning" why would she call me at 3:00? Furthermore, I had both of my dogs with me and had to lock them in rooms with me while they cleaned other rooms. In the end, they were in our home until I think 9:00 that evening. We could not reschedule because we had company coming in the morning and we wasted $50 by boarding our pets all day. When it came time to pay, they charged us more than the estimate, telling us it "took more time than they had expected"-I was not happy about that. On top of that, they did not mop the floors-as they were packing up their cars to leave, we went out and asked if they had mopped, since we were home while they cleaned and never saw mops come out. They said they had. After they left, we started checking and found that they had clearly not mopped our hardwoods, nor had they even moved furniture to vacuum underneath. They did clean our blinds (they looked great) and our stove looked fantastic. However, I was very disappointed that our floors were not cleaned like we had asked. The owner/operator (cannot recall her name) did call us a couple days later to apologize for the mix-ups & offered us another cleaning at a reduced rate, but I declined. I assume they overbooked for that day, but I was very disappointed that I had to stay locked up in a room with my dogs all night, that I had paid to board the dogs all day for no reason, that they hadn't even called until late in the day when they were scheduled to be there first thing in the morning, that they charged us more than the estimate and that the one "special" thing we asked for was not done.

I won't use her again. I think she was very overwhelmed. I asked her to concentrate on the mini blinds and they did a horrible job. I had to redo them because they used dirty water. She yelled at them for not doing a good job, but I had to spend the entire next day going over what they did.

They were scheduled to come at 4:00 PM but showed up at 10:30 AM, without calling. I called the owner and she apologized and said she forgot to call me about the time change. The crew of 2 cleaned the house in about 2 hours. They did a good job cleaning, although they missed some crumbs when vacuuming and sweeping the floors. The employees did not speak English, so it was a little hard to communicate.

I met with Lesya and thought she was very professional. She said bi-weekly cleanings for my house would be $100 and an initial deep cleaning would be "slightly more." She and her crew cleaned for several hours. She asked me check their work to see if it was acceptable. As I went through the "cleaned" house there were numerous things wrong: sink not cleaned, toilet bowl obviously not touched, mirrors not cleaned, top of refrigerator dirty, ledge in shower not clean. I pointed out the problems and she fixed them. She then told me I owed $500! I was shocked. I told her it was much higher than I expected. After she left I found many more problems with the "cleaning" (only cleaned around objects on counters, only cleaned lower shelves). I was thoroughly disappointed with the cleaning and the cost. I let Lesya know I was unhappy. She offered to come back to finish the work but I had no confidence in it being completed to my satisfaction. She finally offered a refund - too little too late.

Very good work. They were delayed 3 hours because of problems at another job (the client did not leave them a key to get in) but Lesya kept in touch with me and added another worker to be sure they could finish as originally promised. She also gave me 2 free hours of cleaning to be used after the painters and carpet layers were finished, which I did use. I don't think the delay was their fault and I was very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. I would use them again.

Lesya was very nice, her workers polite, but they were late every time they came for the estimate, both cleanings, and for some touch-ups they were supposed to do. She did call to tell me they would be late, which I appreciated, but still. I questioned whether I really needed the "deep clean" since I had been with another cleaning service prior, but they did a good job, although they missed a few things I had specifically asked for. For the next appt the woman was new and only swept the downstairs, didn't mop. The floor was still dirty. She also missed the two areas missed last time, even though I had reminded Lesya the day before. When I called, Lesya offered to come back and clean the areas missed. She offered up a time and date, and when that day came, she called and said they were running late again. I told her to forget it, I couldn't be waiting around all afternoon for her and that this just wasn't going to work for us. Also didn't use "green" products like she said she would.

Leysa, the owner, came to my house to walk through and go over in detail what services I wanted. I requested all her regular services plus window cleaning. The cleaning was set but she called that day to tell me 2 of her workers could not come in. That was fine, so we rescheduled. Her crew set my alarm off which caused a warning from the police. The night of the cleaning she called just as I got home to see if I was satisfied. I walked though the house and gave her a list of things that were not done. I.E., furniture was not vacuumed (specific request- 3 cats), hardwoods under sofa not mopped, corners were missed, mantle not dusted. She promised to come back for a re-clean and check the work. I noticed more things that evening so I left a note with her payment check I promised to leave on the counter. After the "re-clean", some of the very things I had specified were missed were still not done or done poorly. I never heard from her again. No follow-up was done.

So far so good. We like the fact that they are willing to get back as soon as possible and take care of any problem that we might have. The whole experience of working with Lesya and her crew has been very good. She met with us initially and went over what they do and what's extra and we felt her pricing was reasonable
