I met with Mr. Charles Clark on October 9, 2015 to discuss repairing a window in my bedroom that was leaking water. At that time, Mr. Charles Clark informed me that he would come back to my home on Tuesday, October 20th to make the necessary repairs. On October 20th at 2:10pm, Mr. Charles Clark called me and left a message stating that he did some flashing and caulking to my window, and that I should not have any more problems with it leaking. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Just three weeks later (on November 10th), I contacted Mr. Charles Clark again to inform him that the window was not repaired as it was still leaking water. At that time, he told me he would come back to my house on Friday, November 13th to take another look at the window. As a result, I worked from home on that Friday so that I could meet with him as he again examined my window. However, he never showed up. At 4:48pm, I called Mr. Charles Clark to ask him when he was planning to come by my house. He then stated that he was too busy to come by on that day, and then stated he would come by on Tuesday, November 17th. Once again he did not show up, nor did he have the decency to give me a courtesy call to inform me that he was not planning to come by.
Although Mr. Charles Clark did not give me the common decency and courtesy of informing me that he was not planning to come by my house to repair my window (on two separate occasions); I, on the other hand, gave him the courtesy of sending him a text to let him know that I was planning to write a review of his company on Angie's List as well as making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In addition, I requested a full refund for services I paid for but were not rendered. After receiving my text, Mr. Charles Clark THEN called me and stated that I was not on his schedule. He stated that he "penciled me in", for Friday (November 13th) and again on Tuesday (November 17th), and he was going to try to work me in on those dates, but was too busy to get around to me. (Apparently there's a difference in having a "penciled in" appointment vs. an appointment written in ink). During our phone conversation, I requested a full refund for the money I paid him to repair my window, however, he refused to give me a full refund. As a result, I will be taking him to court to sue him for the money I paid him in addition to any court fees I incur.
I am completely disappointed in the lack of respect and professionalism I experienced from Mr. Charles Clark, and would not recommend this company for any services.
