I have had two projects completed by Carolina Quality Cabinets(kitchen and bath remodel) both exceeded our expectations, which is saying a lot! They were the most professional crew you could ask for and did exceptional work! Their communication was second to none, as I have had so many(in the past)that would hardly return a call, and Carolina Quality Cabinets would follow up consistently to make sure we had a time line and exactly what they were doing. We plan to hire them again in the near future and highly recommend if you have any kind of remodel, you hire them as well! Oh, did I mention they were the cheapest quote as well!

Wonderful experience! The team really went above and beyond - bringing a sample to my house to make sure we were happy with the color since we had only viewed one internet. Very professional and quality installation!! Highly recommend.

Super easy to set up and really quick process. Installers moved all furniture and took care to put everything back where it belongs. Love Carolina Quality Cabinets and Flooring. So much better than a big box store. Highly recommend!

Installation was done on time. The installers did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. The sales person was very helpful in picking the carpet. The upstairs rooms are anything but square and they did an excellent job cutting the carpet to the room sizes.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service, product and installation process. Everyone from Mike (owner), the office team and the installers did an outstanding job. During install we were expecting a huge mess with lots of dust, etc but the installers were extremely neat and respectful of our home. I have already recommended them to some friends that are looking for new floors/cabinets as they were fantastic from start to finish!

Very well. The lead on the job was very considerate of my home, cleaned up every time he was there and was very mindful of my dogs with keeping doors closed. Each person listened and worked to find the best options for my space, design, and budget.

We would never recommend this company for anything. We basically have been held hostage in our house for three months. Some days they would show up usually around noon and maybe stay until 3 or 4. Some days they didn't show up at all and never bother to call and let us know. We hired them to do all of the work need in our kitchen and bathrooms because we felt that all the work would be scheduled in a timely manner, how assuming of us. The tile work was the worst ever, they tried to make excuses but after much conversation they finally agreed with us. They offered to remove all tile and do it over, but be patient so they could find someone to do it. We decided to have all tile work removed from our bill. We decided to not take a chance after firing two tile installers. The people in the office were very rude and refused to return our phone calls or emails. When we hired them to remodel our kitchen we discussed the design. I told them exactly how I wanted it, silly of me to assume that they would do it they way I wanted it, instead of how they wanted it. We now have a kitchen that is 18" smaller than we requested. Our mistake we should have asked for a drawing with measurements instead of just a drawing.
