Erik showed up on time and the experience went rapidly downhill from there. He demanded $110 in extra fees after advertising a special, using high pressure sales tactics. He then brought in two unprofessional 'technicians' to do the work and left. The work was poorly performed and did not remove any dirt or odors that we were charged extra to remove. The carpet took over 18 hours to dry and looked worse after it dried than before they showed up. When we called to talk to Erik, his receptionist took our calls and continually promised he would call us back. He still hasn't called yet. When we asked for a refund, she stopped answering our calls. Quite possibly the worst service provider we've ever run across.

JEFF GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE CLEANING I WANT, USING MY VACUUM & WINDOW CLEANER. CRYSTAL CALLED TO CONFIRM SHE WOULD BE CLEANING AT 9:00 AM THE NEXT DAY. AT 9:20 ON THE DAY OF CLEANING, SHE CALLED TO SAY KIM (NOT CRYSTAL) WOULD PICK UP PRODUCTS AND BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES. KIM FINALLY ARRIVED AT 10:15 WITHOUT THE COMPANY'S LIST OR MY LIST OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE AND HOW, SO DID NOT KNOW VERY IMPORTANT PARTICULARS. AFTER 40 MIN. LATE FOR NEXT VISIT AND BEING LIED TO, I FIRED THE COMPANY.
