The consultation, measurement and installation were all conducted in a timely and professional manner. The price point was very reasonable and all the individuals I dealt with were very customer focused including offering me convenient and flexible scheduling and minimizing disruption in my home during the installation process. When I called the general Budget Blinds phone number, the call was returned from the Ballantyne location. The decorator brought samples to my home and made suggestions. I ordered the window coverings and was pleased to receive a 30% discount as a member of Angie's List. About two weeks later, the installer, Ben, and his assistant, Randy, installed all of the coverings. They worked in a timely and professional manner. Everything looks great, and I couldn't be happier! I definitely will order from Budget Blinds again.
