+ -1 moreThe craftsmanship and quality were just average and we have had to do a lot of follow up repairs with other sub contractors over the years. However, the worst thing he did---which is fraudulent--is put a 1992 hvac unit on my 2004 addition! I just found out about this today since it completely died and I have to replace it. When the service tech from the hvac company came out he said, "well you got 21 years out of this unit!" and I said he must be mistaken since I only built the space in 2004. He re checked the serial numbers and sure enough it was from 1992. Another thing about the unit---it is for a mobile home! Not a single family house! No wonder it died, I'm considering further action.

Description of Work: Casey Brodka came out to see what we wished to do to add a patio to out new home and promised us an estimate. He stated that he was going in for surgery in the next week or two but that that would not effect the work to start as his crew was very capable. We never heard from him again.
