General Remodeling
The craftsmanship and quality were just average and we have had to do a lot of follow up repairs with other sub contractors over the years.
However, the worst thing he did---which is fraudulent--is put a 1992 hvac unit on my 2004 addition! I just found out about this today since it completely died and I have to replace it. When the service tech from the hvac company came out he said, "well you got 21 years out of this unit!" and I said he must be mistaken since I only built the space in 2004. He re checked the serial numbers and sure enough it was from 1992. Another thing about the unit---it is for a mobile home! Not a single family house! No wonder it died,
I'm considering further action.
