While the service was punctual, the quality was good, and I was happy with the fence for the first year, I late discovered a significant problem with their service. A little over one year later, I began having problems with the electrical in my carport. When I had an electrician inspect the problem, he told me that there was a short in the electrical running to the carport. When I excavated the cable, I discovered that when one of the two young men that installed the fence dug a post hole, they clearly sliced off the insulation to the wire with a shovel and then encased it in concrete. Had they told me at the time, this would have been an easy fix and I would not have been upset. This later cost me over $700 to replace. Large inconvenience! I have the section of cable to prove it!

We spent around $500. The job was 100% seamless. We will use them again in the future, if required.

Kent answered my call and was uncertain because I use Relay (I'm deaf). As the call went on, he became interested in understanding more about how Relay works and was willing to discuss the terms of my fencing needs with me. I explained that I needed a 20' gap re-installed with 2 gates within a short time frame. He responded that he was able to work with my time frame. He certainly was! Got the fence materials and had the posts installed within 24 hours of the original call, had the rest done within 48 hours. Impeccable work! He was very up-front about the costs and actually beat the next best estimate by over $300!

The workman showed up on time. He cleaned up after himself. He charged exactly what he quoted. He got he job done by the time he said he would have it done by.

This is forth time I have used this company. Twice for new construction and twice for repairs and reworks of other fencing work prior to them. These guys are hard working. Always on time, never left a mess. The work is top notch! Heavy duty fencing, no cheap or suspect work. As a business owner, I was also very pleased to note that all workers were American, no illegals, no language barriers.

This is the second time we had this company install a fence for us. They were the first we called when we moved and did not bother with any other. Kent uses high quality supplies and the workmanship is superb, we never had to call with a problem with our old fence which was a 6 foot privacy fence and we don't anticipate any problems with this one.

KENT WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND IS AN EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMAN. MY FENCE IS MADE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE ON SCHEDULE. I WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN ANYTIME.
