 + -1 moreBELLSOUTH HAS MORE THAN PROVEN THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SYSTEM IS VERY GOOD AND VERY RELIABLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND FIELD CONSULTANTS ARE VERY PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. AT ONE POINT, MY ALARM WENT OFF AND WHEN THE MONITORING COMPANY COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ME, THEY SIGNALED FOR THE POLICE. MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT WOULD NOT RESPOND CLAIMING THAT I WAS NOT A REGISTERED USER. INSTEAD OF THE MONITORING COMPANY LEAVING THAT AS IS, THEY CONTINUED TO CALL ME AND MY CONTACTS UNTIL THEY WERE ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE AND DEMANDED THE LOCAL POLICE TO RESPOND. THEY THEN CONTACTED THE FIELD CONSULTANT WHO AGAIN FAXED THE INFORMATION TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT AND PERFORMED A TEST TO MAKE SURE THERE WOULD BE NO FUTURE PROBLEMS WITH THE POLICE NOT RESPONDING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PLAN ON TAKING THIS SERVICE SHOULD I MOVE!
Description of Work: COMPANY PROVIDES ALARM SERVICE FOR OUR HOME. RECENTLY REWIRED THE COMPANY TO PUT IN ADDITIONAL MOTION DETECTORS AND NEW TRANSMITTERS FOR CURRENT MOTION DETECTOR.
