We bought a new Audi to replace the certified Audi that she owned before that. When it got up to 106,000 miles we took it for a diagnostic. The guy said this and this and this is going wrong with it. This time since we are a little older we decided to buy a new car rather than a used car. At the Audi dealership we pay a premium price to have it done right. I could probably get it done cheaper at other places. She has been very comfortable with the guy's professionalism and giving her a loaner car. She'd go back to them. We live out in the suburbs and she works all of the way downtown.
