In October 2009 American Air was recommended by our home warranty company. It was determined that the A/C coil was bad. The technician replaced the coil but never tested the repair. On May 11,2010 we attempted to use the A/C and the unit would not turn on. American Air returned to troubleshoot the problem and the technician indicated that the previous repair was done incorrectly. Wires were burned and the technician stated that the previous person failed to secure the power while attempting to fix the problem. After making repeated calls to American Air, Chad the company representative, has not returned any of my calls. In total, the company has made four visits to my home in the last several months, and only one technician has had the ability and the honesty to help with the problem.

I would not use another company. I had my heat go out and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone just by giving him the symptoms and he was out in 30 min on a weekend. He wore covers on his shoes, prompt. He explained things well. We also have a service contract with them.
