It went great. From the office to Josh, to Harry, the experience went very well. The installers, Harry H., were courteous, informative, kept us abreast of what was happening. Was very comfortable with them and their work.

The work was done quickly and correctly.  We have used Alpine several times over the years and we have never been disappointed.

Sherry, the owner gave confirmation & emailed estimate agter requesting after an employee come out did calculations. The men who arrived were professional answered all questions. They were reasonable. From the time they stated the job - someone was here from their company working. I was impressed with that their workmanship i professionalism, price, quality, responsiveness & punctuality was fantastic!

Arrived on time; did great work, cleaned up after words. We were very pleased.

I had fortunately already gotten estimates from 3 companies highly rated by Angies list.   Because the quality and ratings were very similar I chose Alpine because they had installed and serviced my original system which had perfomed very well for 15 years.    Just weeks after my estimates were in, the system did in fact break.   When I called,  Chuck came quickly to set an appointment.   The technicians (I think Mark and Victor) arrived early Saturday morning.  By 1 PM they had finished installing the new system,  were already cooling down the house,  and had removed the old system and cleaned everything up.   They did have to come back on Monday to do the air return changes but that was fine with me because my house was now cool.   When they finished the air return work,  I immediately noticed that my previously warm rooms were much cooler.   They also gave me the paper work for my gas company rebate and my IRS tax credit.  
Everyone, including the technicians,  the sales people and the front office employees are very knowledgeable,  professional and courteous.   Would definitely recommend them

Mr. Chuck was the sales representative and he was great.  He stopped by our house twice when the installation was going on.  The installers were neat, clean and very professional.  They were wearing uniforms.  They did an excellent job and explained each step they were doing.  They were in the house from 9:30am to 3:30pm and didn't even take lunch break.

 I was having trouble with my air conditioner and someone referred me to Alpine. The General Manager came out and assessed the situation, he then quoted me a price. Chuck also gave me a written estimate, he was very professional. I later agreed to the price and had the A/C Unit installed. The technicains were great! They were so neat about everything. Also, Heather who I dealt with in the office was as friendly and as kind as she could be.  I learned Alpine is never late, so if you decide to use them be ready. I would highly recommend them!

Chuck came out and measured everything. Answered all of our questions. Fair price, neat job done in timely fashion. Good people.

I was very happy with their work and follow through. Their price was much better than the estimates I received from other local companies and I would not hesitate to use them again. Three of my neighbors have used them for new equipment as well and all have been very satisfied.

I had a pretty good experience overall. I liked their pricing and the fact that they put a pamphlet written in the post. They were pretty good sponsors. They are pretty straight forward and I would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them. My experience with them has been fine. They were used by the contractor who worked on my house. I haven?t had any issues with them, except once when they took a couple of weeks to come out. The maintenance contract costs me $200 per year. I will continue to use them again in the future.

In-office team was very helpful. Never tried to answer ?'s not qualified to answer and either got answer right away from technician or called back shortly with answer. Estimator was very down-to-earth and did a through examination of my broken outside unit, inside units, and working outside unit before writing up complete estimate. Called to confirm how quickly the various units could be installed. Answered all my questions easily in a very straight-forward manner. Installers arrived on scheduled and completed the installation within a few hours. Price was very reasonable and included the entire unit, new thermostat, new pad, correctly-sized inside coil, and a one year service package for what other contractors wanted for just the unit.
