all in all, very good. There was some delay in setting up appointment (no response to first inquiry (AL message) but did receive response after leaving voicemail. Then there was some challenges on the appointed day, they encountered delay. They were proactive in communicating the delay, however, when they showed up my wife did not hear them at the door so they left a note and left. Airborne was very good about rescheduling and everything went without any hitch second time around. Performed work as prescribed, very communicative about their findings.

James was on time and did a complete inspection (including climbing around in the attic space to inspect all the duct work). He provided me with a complete report of the findings and took the time to explain it to me in "layman's terms". He went above and beyond his original quote as the house was much larger than he expected but he honored his quoted price. Very thorough and professional. I have used Airborne in the past with equally good results and they will always be my first choice for anything HVAC related.

I was very nervous about calling in someone to look at my heater and thermostat. I knew he would probably have to replace thermostat but wasn't sure if something more was going on because heater had stopped blowing hot hair the end of last winter, 6 months before thermostat totally died. I have not had the greatest luck with people doing work on anything in my home, so always makes me very uptight, when I know a lot of $ could be involved. Also, I called 2 people before Mr Eaker, and both said they would be here, but never showed up and never called to let me know.
Immediately upon meeting James Eaker, I felt very good about my decision. He was very friendly, professional. He told me he focuses on repairing the problem, so to rest easy, he did not think I would have to replace unit. Once he did his check, he determined it was strictly a thermostat problem, nothing major, and asked me what kind of thermostat I would prefer. The one I had had before had all the bells and whistles, none of which, I ever used, so he recommended another digitial with just the basics for me, which, he said, would save me quite a bit of $. He charged me 69 for the visit and 150.00 for the thermostat. The thermostat has a 5 yr manufacturers warranty, and an additional one year warranty extended by Mr Eaker. Thermostat is working fantastic and my house is warm and toasty just in time for the artic air that has blown in.
Very satisfied with my service from Airborne. James Eaker is an honest, hard-working guy who is also super knowledgable. He determined and corrected the problem quickly, and it cost me much less than I feared, so I am a happy camper.I would definitely recommend Airborne Air and Heat.

I've been using them for about two years and they're fantastic! I'll absolutely stay with them. Their pricing is very honest and is right on the mark. Even if the work ends up being more expensive than the quote, they stick to their original quote. I'd absolutely recommend them!
