The cleaning went very well. Jack is conscientious and a very experienced cleaner. He cleaned carpet in 5 rooms and a medium sized area rug. Following our request, he also applied a protectant to all areas to help resist future stains. It was a job well done and we would recommend Affordable without reservation.

We wanted to get our carpets cleaned before moving out of our house. Eileen was very accommodating in scheduling us in short notice. 4 bedrooms and a hallway were cleaned. Jackie who came to clean the carpets was a miracle worker on 27 year old carpets! Even he couldn’t get over how great they looked! We would not hesitate to hire them again!

I didn't expect miracles since the carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 15 years. But, I also didn't expect to have several rust-looking stains left behind either. When I called about this, Eileen gave some story about there being a variety of factors that can cause this with Berber and that the stains could likely be cleaned with a wet rag. (Ok, so why didn't anybody tell me this up front?) I confirmed that a wet rag and LOTS of elbow grease would indeed clean the stains but called her back to complain that I paid for their services to clean the carpet - not for me to clean up behind them. She said she'd send someone out to clean them and we agreed on a day. Unfortunately, I agreed to a morning immediately following a long business trip and I called her that morning to reschedule. After hearing a very audible huff (sorry I put you out so much Eileen), she told me she'd have to get back to me the following Mon or Tues when they would be in my area again. After hearing nothing that Tuesday, I called and left voice mail which was never returned. Oh yeah...she quoted me $140 when I first called for service but was told it was $150 the day of the service. Epic fail Eileen and company!!!

These folks are great. They always get the stains up. They use water extrusion which is the only way to go.

We were not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Although our carpet is not brand new, we expected most stains to be removed and were told that they would be. Unfortunately, we could not tell that any of the stains were removed or even lighter in appearance after the cleaning. Also, the carpet stayed wet much longer than expected which was an inconvenience, but not a huge problem.

Wonderful! Jack was right on time and explained what he would do. Stains came out of the carpets that I couldn't for the life of me get out - it really looks great. I will definitely use them again!

They did a very good job

Two rooms carpet cleaned. Master bedroom and closet. I explained that there were pet accident stains and over the phone when scheduling, the woman said deodorizing for that would be an extra $10 when he did the job. I said that would be no problem. When the man was finished he said deodorizing charge was $20 and he needed to collect it. I told him that the woman on the phone told me it would be a $10 charge and I looked on my calendar where I make appointment notes and I had noted $10 for deordorizng. He insisted it was $20. I paid him the $20 cash and he left. The carpet was awesome and very clean and smelled great but it did take another 24 hours for it to completely dry. I'm wondering if his machine did not completely suck up all the water.

It went well. Our technician came early to the appointment after calling for my approval. He was friendly and professional. He assessed the job quickly and finished the job promptly. Our carpets were in good condition already, but minor stains were removed and dry time was not an issue. The rug continued to show wear even after cleaning but that was to be expected considering its condition. I was pleased with the service that I received and I will book with them again.
