WE DO NOT EVER OVERCHARGE SHIPPERS OR EXPECT TO BE PAID FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT RENDERED, HOWEVER, WE DO EXPECT PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED EVEN IF TEHRE WAS AN ERROR IN CALCULATION IN THE ORIGINAL SETTLEMENT. IT'S WRITTEN IN SECT. 3 NEXT TO "CHARGE" AS "T/T-115.00" (WHICH MEANS TRAVEL/TRUCK). SHE WASN'T EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THEIR LUNCH TIME OR TIME THEY WERE LOST. WE ALSO DISC. FROM THE STANDARD 1 HR T/T TO A 1/2 HR SAVING HER $57. SHE & I WENT OVER THE CHGS. & BROKE EA. CHG. SEP. & SHE AGREED. SINCE WE DISC. THE T/T-THE AMT. SHE WROTE THE CK. FOR WAS MORE THAN SHE NEEDED TO PAY & 1ST THING MON. I CALLED HER AGAIN APOLOGIZING FOR THE PROBS THAT OCCURRED, & CREDITED HER ACCT. FOR THE AMT. WE AGREED ON. I'M BEWILDERED BY THE FACT THAT NEARLY 4 MO. LATER SHE SENDS IN A COMPLAINT WHEN WE DID COMPENSATE HER FOR THE TROUBLE & SHE SEEMED CONTENT-ASIDE FROM THE FACT OF THE OBVIOUS THAT THE PROB. HAPPENED AT ALL. AS FOR THE F IN RESPONSIVENESS, I SPOKE TO HER SEV. TIMES SAT. AFTER THE JOB AS DID MY BRO-IN-LAW,ROB S-1/2 OWNER. I CALLED HER MON. GLASS PI. & SHE SLAPPED HIS HAND AWAY & SAID "I'VE GOT IT"), THEN AFTER MOVED CALLED & TOLD BETTY WE OVERCHGD. & THAT SHE WASN'T TOLD ABOUT ADDT'L TRAVEL CHG. (SHE RC'D IN-HOME EST. & IT WAS EXPLAINED & WRITTEN OUT CLEARLY ON THE EST. THAT SHE SIGNED.) SEV. PEOPLE TRIED SEV. TIMES TO REACH HER W/ NO RESPONSE. WE WERE TRYING TO GO OVER BILL OF LADING & DISC. THE 30 MIN EARLY ARRIVAL. FINALLY WE RC'D STOP PYMT CK & AGAIN LEFT SEV. MESS. SHE WAS TOLD WOULD BE TURNED OVER TO COLL. IF NO WORD BY FRI. & DIDN'T CALL TIL WED. CONV. STARTED FINE AS I WENT OVER B.O.L. TIL SHE BEGAN YELLING, DEMANDING DISC. 1 HR NOT 30 MIN, TOLD ME I WAS "JUST A *EXPLETIVE* COLLECTIONS LADY". I LOST MY COOL @ THAT PT. NO ONE SHOULD BE SPOKEN TO THAT WAY & INTENTIONALLY BELITTLED BY ANYONE. SHE WAS CHGED. $25 FOR RETURN CK & WASN'T "FORCED" TO PAY FOR ANYTHING BUT WHAT SHE WAS QUOTED. IF WE'RE WRONG SHE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN "FORCED" TO PAY. THE ADDT'L STOP WAS ON B.O.L. ALONG W/ ALL OTHER SVC. SHE RQSTD. @ TIME OF EST. ANYTHING NOT ON PPWK. WAS ADDED W/OUT NOTIFYING OFFICE. "WE'VE CHECKED OUR FILES AND HAVE FOUND NO CLAIM REPORT AND/OR ANY DISCREPANCY ON THE BILL OF LADING STATING ANY OF THESE STATEMENTS TO BE TRUE. THIS MOVE WAS DONE IN AUGUST OF 2006 AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY PHONE CALLS OR GUYS MENTION ANY OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED STATEMENTS AND TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MEMBER. FYI: THE OWNERS @ ACT OF CLASS DON'T HANDLE ANY OF THE MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE THAT'S WHY WE HAVE EMPLOYEES.
