Upon issuing his formal inspection we found Tim to be thorough, up front and direct with us all in a language we could understand. We were so pleased with his work we had him come out and do a second inspection after the seller had completed requested repairs. We will be using Tim again in the future.

Tim was prompt and very professional. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He spent approximately 3 hours inspecting the home and was very thorough. We recieved our report that evening with pictures and bullet points explaining everything in detail. This is my third home purchase and this report, by far, is the most detailed and user friendly I have had. I will use this report for the purchase of the home and as a reference for items that need to be fixed, updated or replaced after move-in.

He arrived on time. Described what he was going to do and explained what he found as he did his inspection. Allowed me to follow and observe. Asked questions about certain stains, dates of appliances. Was very detailed in his report.
