Rick is a hands-on owner and is involved in the daily operations of the company. You will work with Rick from the estimate to project completion. Rick Carter and his crew did a superior job. The work was completed as the company name implies...Professional! We were kept up to date with the work as it progressed and as to the remaining schedule. After completion, the only way you could tell that the crew had been here is by looking at the beautiful new paint. We have never had a paint crew do a more thorough job of preparing for the final coat of paint. Repairs were made to soffit and fascia as necessary.

I would highly recommend Accents Professional Painting - they do the best job of any painters I've used. We also used them in our last house to paint the exterior, and they were also excellent with exterior painting. We plan on having them paint again for us.

AWFUL experience. Do not use this vendor. Painted the exterior of my house and would not stand behind his work. I would be happy to share photos of this experience. We gave him the opportunity to fix the bad work and he wanted to charge me $3500 and blamed me for the experience.

"Thanks for your input. When I bid the job your home trim, siding, and awning was black due to mildew growth from all the trees and little sunlight. We proposed changing your existing oil trim to a latex product that would slow the growth of mildew. You choose to stay with an oil base paint. The same issue with the mildew happened with in a year of us painting the house. We then contacted the paint rep and he explained the same reason for the fast mildew growth. I also believe you have had others look at the house and they gave you the same reasons. I did come back and cleaned the house and removed the mildew and we changed the front siding to latex as a courtesy. When I looked at the house a few weeks ago with your husband the paint job is holding up well. We looked at the siding and it did have a small among of mildew but nothing like the trim. He and I discussed changing all the oil base trim to a latex product. This is the only way to help control the mildew. My final suggestion is to have the house cleaned again and probably once a year to control the mildew growth."

Rick promptly returned my call for an appointment for the quote. He suggested oil based primer for ceiling and walls. His crew of 4 came in the first day to cover some large pieces of furniture and sealed the doorways to the rest of the house. They covered the carpet with heavy canvas. And put on the first layer for primer and started the patching also. The next 2 days were more sanding with a thorough clean up of dust.. Plus 2 layers of paint. And installed new baseboards. We are very pleased with all their detailed work. And love the new den!

Rick and his crew were fantastic. The crew was polite and kept everything cleaned up. The painting is high quality. I always use Rick for my exterior painting because he and his crew do an excellent job and the paint lasts and looks good for many years, more than expected. Rick goes the extra mile. Exceeded every expectation. Our house had peeling and cracking walls, needed major plaster repair. The team did a fantastic job. On time every day, everything tidy before leaving for the day. Walls and ceilings look so good it looked like they had replaced them! Attention to detail and the job done right. Worth every penny!! Would absolutely use them again and happily recommend to anyone.

Rick and his crew did an outstanding job on a painting and drywall repair job at my house. His price was not the lowest bid but I feel he provided higher quality services than I would have gotten with the other companies. His team did a lot of prep work to smooth out the walls before painting and the end result was excellent. I absolutely recommend Accents for anybody needing painting and drywall work.

Sergio and Poco were very prompt and worked very efficiently. They did an excellent job. I have hired Sergio two times in the past and have always been very pleased with his work. Outstanding! The found and corrected small problems with the deck without being asked in they could do it. Took all screens off to do a through job of painting. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. They kept in close contact and it rained on several of the dates they were supposed to start but couldn't due to the rain on the paint.

It went extremely well. Sergio showed up exactly on time and worked very hard. The job was done in about 3.25 hours and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The closet ceiling looks absolutely perfect! I am very happy with this work, including the price which was very fair for this job.

Everything went very well. The job was completed exactly the way I envisioned. Rick (the owner) spent time before the project began to understand every aspect of the design. His bid was thorough and (aside form some changes that I made) accurately priced. His crew was incredibly professional, arriving everyday at the agreed time and finishing the work carefully and beautifully. I've worked with other local painters that were good, but the quality of Accent's work was top of the line. I never felt like I had to follow the team around and check on their work. It was always completed perfectly. Rick stayed in touch throughout the job with email, texts and dropping by the house. He was easy to communicate with, as was his team. Both the interior and exterior look great. Although it was a large project and it took a while to complete, I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend them.
