AA Hardwood did a terrible install on an $80,000 hardwood job. Split boards, stain that doesn’t match, and gaps all over the place. I contacted the owner, Bain, on many occasions. He promised at first to make it right, then started ignoring me. Two years later and he still hasn’t made it right. Avoid this company at all costs for your hardwood needs and look elsewhere if you want the job done right and someone who will stand behind their work.
