Provider was very detailed and thorough in the documentation and report. He provided link for the report in both summary and detailed format. A year later when I tried to access and the report was expired, I emailed with a request to access again and within a very short period it was available. Very pleased with the service.

Gary Williams, a certified master inspector, is my go-to inspector EVERY time. Gary was very thorough and did a good job identifying all of the problems with the home. We are purchasing a "fixer-upper" so we expected a long list things in need of repair and Gary provided just that!

Clark Kothera performed our inspection. We received a detailed report and the job was very thorough. We could not be on site so our realtor attended, and he kept her updated and informed during the process. His explanations were easy to understand. He was available for questions and clarification after the inspection. One of the reasons we chose this company was that the owner has a strong engineering background and appeared very qualified and knowledgeable.
