WHAT A DISASTER! He took a $7,000 deposit, showed up with two guys who spoke no English, had no clue what he was doing, left a mess and after almost two months of dealing with him and nothing but headache, he wanted more money. I denied him the additional money and he then never returned calls, emails or text messages. I fired him and decided it was best to cut my losses then he broke into my home with his two non-English speaking thieves and robbed me (Char-Meck Police have the report if your interested). He is a crook, scam artist and a thief! Rick lied to the Attorney General and said he was a decorated Veteran and an ordained minister. The ministry acknowledged that he was a parishioner but hasn't been affiliated with them since the 1980's and the US Army denies that he was ever in the service. He does shotty work and is a thief!!! STAY AWAY!!!
