We have used this company for our needs/services since my wife worked for a contractor who used them in his business. She was always impressed with just how nice Mrs Wells was/is and how she always had the contractor's services scheduled and performed in a timely manner.

We have had Wells's at our home several times over the past few years to deal with heat pump problems. They have always called us back promptly and scheduled a visit that was as convienient for us as possible. Mrs Wells is always very friendly and concerned with getting her crew to us as soon as possible. She has been unnecessarily apologetic at the times when her crew was busily occupied elsewhere on jobs, but how can anyone expect to simply pick up the phone and then have a service technician immediately on your doorstep, especially with a small, every efficient company whose requests for services I expect are in steady demand? But they have always responded promptly, even calling in advance to let us know what day and time we could expect them to be here and have never failed to deliver on any promises.

On this past visit, they came back out with the new part, spent the necessary time installing and testing it, replacing refrigerant and testing it and made sure everything was in perfect working order, to which it was. They were very professional in explaining everything and the repair seems to be getting the job done as expected. The entire Wells family is a pleasure to deal with and I will never hesitate to call them if/when needed again!

When the job was finished, it was fine.  They were on time.  They were attentive.  They had a bit of a problem and continued to come back until it was solved, at no extra expense to us.  They were fine.  I would recommend them.  They are able to do a job successfully.

Smooth, we left them to finish the job because we trust them. Been usung them for years for scheduled maintenance. We love this company!!!! And our AC is a blast to use and the recommended Heat pump saves us a lot on propane use/cost.
