My wife got Britton's phone number from a friend and called him (his wife answers the phone) on Sunday and he was out at the house meeting me at 9 am Monday. He got someone to deliver the new water heater to the house and was done taking out the old one (put it in his truck to dispose of) and installing the new one before 11:30 am. I would highly recommend him.
