We had a wonderful experience with Rob and his installation team when we replaced all the original windows in our 30 year old house. There were a number of complicating factors but throughout the process Rob was professional, knowledgable and responsive. We are super-satisfied and unconditionally recommend Alliance WNC.

After much delay a competent window installer was found for our job which ended in December 2018. As it is July 2019, 7 months later, we are very pleased with the work being done now. The replacement of the capping looks excellent and it was completed as promised. Thank you to the owner of Alliance Windows for coming through in the end.

Rob, the owner, was professional from the first meeting till completion. He answered all my questions quickly. His Softlite windows are top quality. His installers were on time and professional also, wanting to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

We went with Alliance based upon the Angie's List recommendation. Rob, the sales manager, came to our house the next day. He spent over an hour examining our shoddy old windows, giving us options for new ones, and thoroughly explaining the features of certain windows. We expected to pay about $10,000, so were pleasantly surprised by the final bill. Rob told us to allow 5 weeks for delivery, beginning from when he measured each window; it took less than 4 weeks. The actual removal and install is a 2-day job for a 3-man crew. They were efficient and professional all of the time. They explained how the new windows work. (What an improvement!) And they didn't mind us watching and asking questions. Afterwards, they made sure that the area was clean and we were satisfied. The only glitch was the weather. They were postponed by two days of heavy rain but were at our door early the following nice day--a bit late because they couldn't find our house.

I could not be happier with the entire process including the quality of the windows and the very competitive pricing. Initial meeting was informative. Bid was provided in a short period of time. Once bid was accepted installer arrived to take final measurements next day. Windows were ordered promptly. Estimate of install date was given based on manufacturer time frame for production. The entire job took two days. They cleaned up and hauled off all the old windows. This is a very professionally run company.

My experience was great. They're very good. They're very courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. They're very comparative to other windows. I would definitely use them again.

From the quote, to the installation and the invoice, all was done very professionally. I am extremely happy with my experience with Alliance.

Rob was great: personable and professional, honest and responsible.  No sales pressure but sound advice.  His work crew was great: good guys who were pleasant to have here and were competent and skilled professionals.  All new windows exceeded our expectations.  Rob called today just to check that we were happy with everything.  I told him that the house now feels warm and no longer drafty.  I'd highly recommend him and his capable crews.

We wanted to get the house on the market in a short period of time and there was a lot of steps to get accomplished. The Windows were ordered came in a timely manner and the installer did an excellent job of installing. A painter had already completed painting the interior when the windows arrived and after installation did not have to touch up. The installer removed the old windows and installed the new ones leaving no mess or thing to be done afterwards. They were very responsive and we were able to get the house on the market quickly.

Rob was one of the most professional individuals/businesses I have ever dealt with - from start of the initial project to completion of the second.  Great stuff.  Work was done as promised and completed before projected time/date.  Any follow up calls have been handled immediately.  Fantastic company to do business with.

Rob came out with all of his samples  and  sat down  and showed me exactly  how he would do this job.  and I had a Bay window
in my living room  that just had sections of glass in squares  it was not square .but he measured and measured  until he figured out how to put  4 different windows in and they are so pretty  all my neighbors has called and commented on them.. all the other window companys  didn't want to put a new window in that bay window. they said it couldn't be done.  (WRONG)  He is very good at his job and the job turned out very nice  I love my windows. I called him back the 2nd time to put new windows in a second house I have in Waynesville the ones in that house were falling out.. he put in all new  windows and 2 storm doors  and spray painted the aluminum siding on the house  turned out very beautiful.. He was so good on my private home I didn't even get an estimate on the second one.
I was convinced he could do me a good job and He came all the way From Fairview To Waynesville to do the job.
His windows are best grade I looked at and I looked at 4 different companys.
If you need work done  that falls in his  category  then you should by all means use him you wont be sorry.  I'm not.

Installed gutter guards and did an excellent job.  A neat job was done where the seams meet.  The guards work great.

When Rob came to give a price he was very professional, gave details of how the windows were made and the different
grades.  He took alot of time to explain everything and came when he said he would.  The installers did a great job.  They
arrived as scheduled, cleaned up and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving.  Rob came back to make
sure everything was in order.  We had a problem with a window (factory problem) and Rob took of the problem.  The
windows look great.  We are glad we made Alliance as our choice and recommend them.

It took about 4 weeks for the windows I chose to be manufactured.  Complete project , from old window removal to 12 installed- 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived at 8:00 and were like a well-oiled machine. They went right to work and obviously had been a team for awhile. Everything went smoothly and clean up was superb. This is an excellent company. I have not one complaint.

After living in my new home through a winter w/snow accumulation on the porch & then through a spring w/the unrelenting pollens leaving an ever present coating on everything I had in the room, I decided to get windows to enclose the porch to make it usable for at least 3 seasons. I was going to get 3 estimates, but after Rob came out I cancelled the other 2. What I liked was Rob's professional attitude & clear explanations of what he could offer me. We settled on the middle grade for the windows & he was able to assist me in getting a new door. After ordering the products, the windows & door were installed efficiently & effectively. I am very pleased w/the outcome & the windows have transformed my porch into another living space, that before was not that inviting. I would recommend Alliance Windows & Siding without hesitation, because of their fair pricing, their professionalism, & the quality of their product, & the quality of their work in the installation of their product.

We recently purchased a house on 2+ wooded acres that did not have any gutter guards and the gutters were overflowing with leaves.  Rob came out and gave us an estimate.  He was very professional and explained all of our options, not just the one we called about which was the top of the line.  Since we were on a very tight budget after purchasing the house, we elected to wait on the gutter guards.  Rob was very understanding.  Within a few weeks we determined that we simply had to have the gutter guards and called Rob back and we negotiated the price.  He was very professional and again went over the options so that we could chose the right solution for the type of leaves, needles, pollen, etc. that were clogging up our gutters.

Rob asked for a 20% down payment and ordered the product.  I received a call within a week or so and Rob's his sub-contractor Eddie Riggins of Hendersonville showed up and performed the work.  They arrived late in the day after another job and worked until well after dark when they could no longer see.  They came back early the next morning and had the job completed within an hour.  They were professional and took pride in their work and cleaned up all debris when they were finished and did not harm any of the surrounding vegetation.  When the house was built, a couple of the gutters were originally not placed at the correct angle and were collecting water.  They unscrewed the gutters, repositioned, and reinstalled and then put the guards on so they not only installed the new product but made the existing gutters work as designed and more efficiently.

All in all it was a very successful installation and I would use both Alliance/Rob and Eddie Riggins again.  Rob was very good about producing a contractor's final release and waiver of lien for his company and also followed up and had the sub-contractor send me one as well.
