It took 2 weeks for the them to come out and service the AC after 5 phone calls to get on the books when we told them it wasn't cooling. When the repairman did come out he said the unit had no Freon and there was probably a leak (I could have figured that out) then he said he could put Freon in but it may last a night or years he didn't know but he didn't have the time to go through the whole system because he was so backed up with calls. He was extremely rude very unprofessional and would not let me say a word. He said It could have cost upwards of 300 to $400 dollars for Freon, he didn't know and that we had an "Edsel" for an air conditioner and all I wanted to do was call my husband and see what he wanted to do. He said he didn't have time to fix it and after he looked at our second unit which was running fine and just left. There was no reason for his actions and I will never use Pyatt again and neither will my family. He may call it an "Edsel" but this unit has never given us a problem for 10 years.
Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe his actions.
