Plumbing
one of the rough ins for the basement vanity was not located properly and was not in wall. when they tried to move it they broke the pvc drain line and had to jack hammer up a large piece of the slab. they did not replace the cement, i had my GC finish the patch.
they completely missed a washer hookup in the basement. they had to retro fit it together.
they missed a hose bib while doing the fixture installs. and when i asked them to come back and finish the job, the Joe Miller said he had already lost too much money on my job and he did not have time to come back and finish, that I should find someone else to finish my plumbing. I was very disappointed that he took this view. Not very professional in my opinion.

He did a good job. I referred him to my church and parsonage. He came when he said he would at the time he said he would which means a lot to me. His prices are the most reasonable around.
