+ -1 moreAfter contacting Mr.Gibson the end of august,he provided an estimate and promised he would do this job in 5 weeks,due to the fact that he had a roofing-job he needed to finish first.It has now been almost 10 weeks and weekly phonecalls from me,in which he promises to do this job by the weekend.when the weekend passes without word from him,i call again with the same results.He is very unprofessional,totally undependable,never calls to cancel or to apologize. After all this time,I cancelled this order this a.m. and contacted another contractor today,who will come tomorrow to do this job. I would never recommend Gibson and Son for any kind of work and discourage anyone from doing so if I were asked. Thank you for you Interest and your help Sincerely , Eve Duncan
