When I picked my car up the price that was quoted over the phone after completion had changed from $180 to $228. The reason given was that tax's weren't added in on the price i was given over the phone. After paying over $40 more than I was told it would cost the tail-light still wasn't working. About 1 mile down the road the car started making a horrible sound so we took it back and they claimed that it needed a new fly wheel. I told them that i couldn't afford the new parts and labor but asked them to please fix the tail-light that i had already been charged for. The following day they called me and said that they had repaired my tail-light and I can come pick up the car. When we got to the shop to pick up the car the guy at the counter was very rude and wouldn't even get out of his chair to get us the keys. Instead he told me to just walk around the counter and get them off the shelf. With all that behind me I had my girlfriend drive the car back home and when I pulled out behind her I noticed the tail-light still wasn't working. I feel like i was ripped off cause the job I paid for wasn't completed. I also noticed the owner of the business put a portion of the money I payed directly into his wallet.
