Allstar Roofing

he was supposed to be at my residence 0n 8/7/12 to give me an estimate and repair my roof. he came on 8/7/12 and did not have the correct ladder and he said he would come at 9:00am on 8/8/12 . he called on 8/8/12 and said as soon as he got the ladder he would be heading my way. he did not come to my house by 3:00 pm, i had to go to a funeral at 3:00 but i returned at 5:00pm. i called and got his answering machine so i left a message. his wife( i suppose) called me back later and said he came by and i wasnt there but gave an estimate. i had explained to him the first day that i wanted him to go ahead and fix the roof. the wife stated that he could not do anything since i was not there. in my conversation with him earlier in the morning on 8/8/12 he said go anywhere you want to i can do what i have to do without you being there. this was a very bad experience for me and it rained in the afternoon on 8/8/12.
