Mike was great to work with. I had to work with him over the phone as I am in Denver, CO and my mom is in North Carolina. He had all the details I needed to make the right decision for my mom's home security needs as well as some electrical changes. In fact, based on his recommendations, I was able to scale back to just the right size for her house. I had assumed needing more than she really did. He was always pleasant, patient and respectful with my mom as well. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

These guys are great! They were very accommodating .My ceiling fan had a very low rod, but they were kind enough to go to the store and get one. i it made it so much easier to get the job done in one visit. they were extremely professional and well mannered. Will definitely use them again for any electric problems we may have.

They communicated well, even thru the snow storm with schedule adjustments and we're very helpful with advice on systems and how to use.

Mike called immediate after I submitted my request and he showed up on time for the appointment. He was able to diagnose the issue and returned with the parts needed when he said he would. Very personable and supper nice. Very professional in how they handle everything. If any need comes up in the future I will not hesitate to call.
