Tyler was professional, courteous, and detailed. He cleaned inside and outside windows, ensuring no streaking. He even made sure the sill section between the windows and screens were clean. Best of all, he didn’t trample over my flowerbeds and cleaned up before leaving. I’d recommend Diamond Shine and would use them again.

He took precautions to prevent damage to my plants and deck furniture. He was so easy to work with. He had great communication skills and did not try to upsell me.

Tyler was very prompt, very professional, easy to work with, and did exactly what he said he would do. They were thorough, competent and cleaned not just the siding but the brick ( which I didn't know was dirty, until it was clean). They even got red mud stains off the brick at the back of the house..AMAZING!
