His original estimate was $4,550. When I suggested reusing old pipe between the well and the vegetable garden, the price was quoted at $4,250. It came down to $2,950 when I told him I was going to go with another bidder who had quoted that price. The work was done well, as far as I can tell, but Kyle Lee never returned to winterize the system as promised and did not return several phone calls.
