They were fast. He did the whole thing in about 5-6 hours. They come out here every change of season and do a recheck to make sure that everything is okay. Checked freon to make sure its not leaking out. Its in warranty for 10 years if anything goes wrong but nothing goes wrong with it. They come out every Summer and the beginning of every Winter just clean stuff up and check everything.

He did a fantastic job! Randy is very knowledgeable and had everything taken care of. We had a few issues with the unit (not his fault), and he came right out a fixed each time. I would definitely recommend his company and their services.

I have used Frye before. My heater was not working on one of the coldest days. It had gone out during the early hours of the morning. I called and they had several calls ahead of me, but they got to me as soon as possible. They came out diagnosed the problem, and replaced the fan blower. They checked to make sure that all other things were working and made sure that I was ok with everything. They are always prompt and courteous. They are very professional and I feel that they are reasonably priced for the work that I have had done.

There was a loud buzzing noise coming from the cabinet where our heating equipment is located. I called Frye as we had used them when we lived in Walnut Cove prior to living in this house. They scheduled an appointment with us; came out and discovered that it was the condensor coil that needed replacing. This was a couple of months ago.
Then, in December, we had another loud buzzing noise and the red light on our thermostat was lit. I called them again and they came out and found out that it was an emergency strip contact that had rusted. 15 minutes to replace and we were good to go! Very happy with them; happy with their service and costs.

I thought that they did a good job, and I would recommend them.

They came on time and followed the contract. The unit is nice and we haven't had any problems with it. I did however think that the price was expensive. The workers were professional and represented the company well. Everything went the way it should have went and I would use them again. They didn't leave a mess or anything, they disposed of the old unit and I was happy.
