BMac Electric

It went really well. David from BMac had come with the heating and air company to do the wiring. I had a new heat pump installed. A few weeks earlier I heard some humming and discovered that it was coming from the breaker box. It gradually went away but I heard it on two occasions. So when David came to do the wiring I mentioned this to him and asked what it could be. He said he would check it out. Later I asked if he had done so and he had. He told me that a lot of the wiring was loose and that he had tightened them. But he also said there was arcing in the box. He tried to show it to me, but I could not see it at first. Then all of a sudden it arced so badly that it frightened me. He said I should not let this go. I agreed with him because of my fear of a fire. I asked if he could take care of it. He said he could if he could get the parts and began immediately to make phone calls. He found the needed part and said he would return the following morning. I spent an anxious evening and night because at the time the arcing occurred I was not using any appliances. Nothing was on including the refrigerator. David did come as promised. He said he came from Madison. He replaced the part. He had told me that if the guts of the breaker did not need to be replaced it would save me a lot of money. I was blessed that the part he ordered was all that was needed. He took care of my problem and said that if I needed additional work done to call him and he would come. He was very pleasant. He was also very efficient.
