They installed our carpet originally, but I did not think their warranty claim service was that great. I think they repaired the repair date twice. When they finally did come here my wife thinks they could have done a better job at what they did. The service was free since it was warranty work so I can't complain about the price. Maybe they delayed it twice because we were not paying customers.
