All aspects of dealing with this company were very professional. Communication was clear and they were very reliable. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.  Their representative was very knowledgeable about his field. He was very considerate and willing to answer questions at any time.

We liked their services. They came in and explained it to us, we've got a contract. The termites ate half of a pitcher in the house but with Canady, we haven't had any trouble. They'll come back as many times as you need them with no extra expense. If you got mosquitoes and they came out and spray then you come up with more mosquitoes they'll come back and get them.

Pest control: The techs are awesome, very friendly, helpful, and prompt.
The office staff varies widely in terms of helpfulness (see below!) I've been told I don't actually need a re-treat, I can deal with the bugs inside until our next quarterly treatment in over a month...and that termites in our backyard are no big deal, and they're probably not even termites. (rude!)
Other times, I've had exceptional service and professionalism, totally depends who you talk to!
Termites: A year later, we called about a treatment and got a totally different response. We were told that the termite bond would not transfer and it would cost over $1,000 to establish service with Canady's. Thank goodness the company it was originally covered with allowed us to take over the previous owner's bond and we use Antex instead. Wish we could have used Canady's!

It seemedto be thorough and the agent was professional and friendly. He walked me through the process. There were no surprises.

The guy came out and said the house looked bone dry underneath and everything was good. It would be $600 for the application and the yearly fee.

I don't remember a lot about that day because I was busy inside the house while they did that. Good customer service and they were recommended by other people in the neighborhood and friends in town.

called to set up an appointment, set for one week out, they arrived 10 minutes early from the window of time that was given, he sprayed the inside of my home, I gave him the coupon and payment, he instructed me to keep my animals kenneled until the product was dry for their safety, then he sprayed the garage and perimeter of the home. I instructed him to get the bushes and deck real good. He did. He locked my gate up and was finished. He worked quickly and efficiently, covered everything. Great company.

Canady's comes out to my home once every three months to treat for pests and once a year to treat for termites specifically. They are very good and I will continue to use Canady's Services.

They do that every 3 months. They are spraying for any kinds of bugs except for termites. They are also extremely prompt and they remind me when it is due, and they are accommodating if I have to reschedule. I also have the same person every time so he knows the pets and who belongs here, and who doesn't belong here. If they were not an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; across the board, then I wouldn't be using them. I have been using them for the past 30 years and I will continue to use them again in the future.

They were really good. They are on time and they do the job.

They do a good job. The warranty is $180 per year and the ants are $75 per quarter.
