"Brian and Nathan came out to clean the air ducts in our 30 year old mountain vacation rental. This house has been in the family since it was built and we know it had been infested by mice, black flies, camel crickets and ants to name a few. It also had a mildew problem. During the duct cleaning Nathan and Brian created a vacuum seal on each flex duct in the house and you would be amazed at what came out of out ducts. We were watching them work at one point when a big CLANK hit the vacuum and clogged it. They had to take the vacuum apart to clear the clog and found a petrified mouse. That came out of the duct. After cleaning all of the ducts we could definitely feel the air coming out with more force and hopefully we will be able to tell how much more efficient our heating and air system becomes in, hopefully, a cost savings on our electric and gas bill. Brian and Nathan were very professional and just really good guys. They explained things to us as they worked and didn't mind us watching. If your house is 10 or more years old I would suggest getting your ducts cleaned by these guys. you will see and feel the difference."

What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. "They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."
